The staff are friendly and helpful. Also, the tour booking desk helped to call a few places to make appointments like massage, dinner booking and show watching. The location is great as well, just at the back of Westin Hotel, the landmark of Asok station. The air-conditioning system is poor, very noisy. In addition, when you have it on, it blows to your head directly which may possibly cause you a headache the next morning; however when you turn it off, you wake up sweating. |

Excellent location, less than two minutes from Asok BTS station, with easy access to all what you need in the heart of Bangkok. The deluxe room was quite big, newely decorated, and supplied all what we needed. Breakfast is served to the room (no dining room), and is very basic. |

It is a clean and centrally located hotel and the bell boys were very helpful. Location is next to Westin hotel and Robinson super market and just off sukhumvit road with lot of eateries. It is not far from Pratunam market and MBK shopping centre. Most of the shopping areas are closeby and costs around 100 bhat for the taxi. Over all it was a nice holiday. The option for Indian vegetarians is the Indian restaurants on Sukhumvit Road which are bit expensive and charge 17% extra towards (service charge + VAT) on all food served. The Indian vegetarian restaurants in Pratunam are very cheap compared and dont over charge you. Very hard to find local thai vegetarian. For further info contact me on nz_kiran@yahoo.com The receptionists should learn to bear a smile on their face which costs them nothing. It makes the customer feel comfortable. We requested the receptionist to extend our check out time by one hour,as our baby was sleeping but she refused. Have to check out in time at 12 clock. |

I liked the staff efficiency as well as the facilities provided in the Hotel. Mini Bar was available in the room and had every thing you may require. Room as well as Washroom was extremely clean & were serviced daily. I was aware of the adjacent night club & requested reception for a quiet room and my room was reasonably quiet. The street in which it is located is relatively quiet as there is very less traffic movement in that street. Didn't tried their food so cannot comment on that. Location was near Asok BTS but was around 10 minute walk from Nana BTS & 15 minutes from Nana Plaza. Moreover, if there are more english channels on cable, then it would be.better |

My room was on the first floor very close to the front lobby. It was noise at times. The cleaning crew was working outside of my room about 8:00am and woke me up. Other than that, it was a enjoyable stay. |

The location was excellent. Room & facilities are great. I would have wanted greater flexibility with their breakfast. Some of the local tours pick up as early as 620am...therefore, I had missed my breakfast because they only start serving at 7am. There was a day when they could serve me breakfast at 6am but not earlier. |

The staff spoke some English and were very polite. The foyer smelt and looked lovely. The location was very convenient, it is within a few hundred metres of the Asoke BTS skytrain station and the MRT train service, which made getting around cheap, easy & comfortable without having to use the may taxis, tuk-tuk's or mtor bikes which were also available in the street. There were some great thai massage places close by, a family mart on the corner which sold most things needed (soap, shampoo, milk etc), places to eat everywhere and Robinsons Department Store next door. The room had all the mod cons I would expect in Australia: swipe key, air con, door locks, bath/shower/toilet in a big bathroom. I enjoyed my week at The Key. I was on the 6th floor and there is a night club on the 1st floor on the street, so it might be noisy on the lower floors, but it did not bother me. I dont think the room I payed for was the room I got, but the room I had was nice enough and the room was so cheap anyway it wasn't that important. |

Excellent small hotel in the area close to shopping malls. Sky Train station is just around the coner.Staff is very polite and helpful.Breakfest is brought to your room. The room is big, with a touch of luxury. All - for about 60$ US. Also there is very nice korean restaurant opposit to hotel entrance. My next time in Bangkok - The Key hotel is definitely the place I'll stay The electrical water heater in the bathroom is rather of unusual kind.Took 2 visits of the maintanance man for us to understand how to use it properly |

The hotel is fairly new and in a strategic location. It has free internet which was good. The room including bathroom was nice and clean. A big problem is that the hotel is small with very narrow corridors. I found it very noisy especially the cleaning staff going about cleaning the rooms. I wont stay there again due to the high noise levels. |

Very good hotel. The shower was just really good. Close to the subway and in a nice area with lots of bars and restaurants. The ceiling at the entrance was to low for people of 1.90 mtrs and more. Watch your head. Also the bed-clothes were a bit to small for two persons. |

The staff are friendly and the location is really close to the BTS. Value for money. The air-con was nasty with sour smell whenever we switched it on. But after awhile, the smell disappeared. The shower stand only suits child height. No windows for the delux room (cheapest?). I recommend to upgrade your room if you need to stay longer. |

The staff were attentive and friendly, the rooms were kept clean, the free internet and movie hire was also a bonus. There was a lot of noise from outside the door of the room as the other guests returned home, with doors slamming etc, soundproofing wasn't good... |

Excellent service by all staff. Ms. Supee Wong was outstanding. Very helpful staff. Walking distance to Skytrain and underground metro. Robinson's department store and convenience stores also very close to hotel. Shower rose was too low for an average height person in our room |
