Location was super good. Just 3-5 minutes walk to MBK Bed was super comfortable Lights and electrical components good quality and well laid-out

The hospitality/customer service is why would recommend this hotel.

The hotel is centrally located, 100 meters walk to the next Sky Train stop (National Stadium). There are many small eateries around to eat foor where locals do as well as malls for a great shopping experience. The staff is very attentive and nice, there is nothing more to wish for. Rooms are clean and nice, spa facilities are very nice.

The standard room (we paid eur 93.00 per night) is just one room - there are no doors separating the restroom or the shower from the bedroom. This fact is very disturbing as you cannot avoid hearing exactly what a person is doing in the restroom - I don't know who came up with this solution, but it certainly provides a very poor holiday experience. The rainfall shower was broken and could not be used. Breakfast was nicely decorated, but food quality was poor - particularly the juices are terrible as they are not fresh, but canned and overly sweet by the hotel adding additional sugar/sweetener - I suggest using one of the thousands of breakfast choices outside of the hotel.

What an amazing design! I really loved the room with the curvy walls and huge bathrooms. Everything was impeccably clean. The staff speak excellent English and were extremely polite. It's a short walk to the main shopping malls and small and cozy house-museum of Jim Thompson. Nice swimming pool and amazing spa in the hotel. Free coffee-machine in the lobby.

The room was excellent and staff were very helpful with any queries . The breakfast was brilliant and overall had a great stay .5 mins walk from mbk s.c and Siam s.c too

We loved everything about this hotel! Location was great. The interior very pleasing on the eye and the staff very welcoming and always smiling. Rooms were very clean and well designed.

Great location and central for shopping. Great for transport, only a few minutes walk from BTS and not far from phaya Thai for the direct airport express train. Great breakfast and very helpful staff. Would definitely stay again and would recommend.

Even though we reached at 4 30pm we were told that the room was not ready! disgusting to say the least... after a long travel from myanmar...

The hotel is located a walking distance from MBK and Siam Center and next to the National Stadium SkyTrane station.

Hotel is located right next to Nissan garage, not easy to find on a small & shady one way street. Although the design concept is interesting, the rooms are actually not very comfortable, especially with a baby.

Friendliness of the staff, location, design of the hotel and room

Spa over priced compare to anything outside the hotel. Bf service really poor, asked for milk and got told "it is on the buffet" translate to kind of go get it yourself(maybe English barrier) did not Seam to be replacing towels or bathroom amenities either. Only amenities in the shower so if you had a bath you had to get them from the shower an the other way around. No handsoap in the sink. No iPod connection or at list I did not manage to find it, no per set channels on the radio.

The staff were amazing, they couldn't do enough for you. Lots of complementary bonus. It was like stepping into another world after been out in the busy city that is Bangkok. Great location to the shopping centres.

Room was clean and well appointed. The hotel was in a very convenient location opposite mbk. Staff were attentive and helpful with all requests. The room rate included a great foot massage to finish off my stay.

Breakfast was expensive by Thai standards. Thankfully, the hotel do offer the option not to pay for breakfast.

Very nice hotel. Room is spacious & comfortable. Walking distance to most major shopping malls like MBK, Siam Centre, Siam Paragon, Central World, etc. Near BTS but off the main road, so is quiet. Staff are polite and friendly. Will stay there again...easily. There's a nice little massage shop opp hotel, great place to go after a long day of shopping.

Everything about the hotel was amazing...for the price, we have never experienced customer service like that before. Loved every minute and wished we could have stayed longer

Fantastic hotel right in the heart of Bangkok and yet in a surprisely quiet back street with lots of local character. Hotel is faultless: great design and attention to detail, both in public areas and in the rooms, nice outdoor pool and spa facilities, and good breakfast. Price is also really good for the quality of the hotel. I would definitely stay here again!
