This was one of the best family vacations we have ever taken! The hotel/island are simply beautiful. The staff are amazing. We can't say enough about our time here, and we are looking forward to returning. It says a lot about this property that even considering the issues with food and beverage (below), we still rate it a perfect 10. Absolutely everything else about this resort surpasses expectations and makes the stay completely worth it!

Everything was perfect This hotel stay was the closest I've ever been to paradise on earth. The staff is exceptional. Above and beyond Amazing food and service Very comfortable beds. Very clean. The view is the most wonderful thing I've ever seen 😍 Wifi is wonderful and stable.

It's very close to the Phuket Elephant Sanctuary, the room was clean, large and the air conditioning was very strong !

Owner of building is ok, but security guy is very bad. Actually by mistake ons small table broken and normally price of new table is not more than 80$ but they forced us to pay mora than 600$. This is totally unacceptable, I was planning to come again but because of this I don't recommend someone to come. Also, many scorpions found inside the building not small ones but big ones.
