Value for money.

I should have been informed of the service charge when booking the hotel. It would have been excellent if the amount for the service could be included in the confirmation form so that I did not have to be taken by surprise when I was asked to pay more than what was stated in the form.

The breakfast was good and, the room was very comfortable. The front desk personal greeted us with warm smiles and, kindness. Thank you.

I would like the hotel to find a way to put an exercise facility in place. Also I would like to see pancakes or maybe oatmeal added for breakfast. Thank you.

Away from the crowded and choking Sukhumvit area yet easy to move anywhere via mrt and bts nearby. All conveniences next door: 7/11, Coffee shop with Wi Fi, massage parlours at reasonable rates. Best part is the 24 hr Restaurant with great food selection and quick room service,

The Janitors who are your first point of contact were great guys who promote a feel good with the first visiting customer. The Reception is very efficient but not Co operative. You have to coax them for information. They do not render service with a smile except for a rare girl. No Internet without paying in The Lobby? The Hotel is not realizing that they are losing customers for this. Please strictly follow the no Smoking Areas and fine defaulters if in violation...

The location and snacks sold at the lobby.

1) There are a lot of ants in the room. 2) Comforter had stained sheets so I requested for a change. 3) Bathroom door could not be closed. 4) Mattress is not comfortable.....too hard. 5) Sanitary bags are not provided in the toilet. 6) Staff should learn to speak English esp. those in housekeeping.

Service standard met expectations as staff were competent. Chose this hotel for its convenience to MRT station and night market all in just 10mins walk or so. 7-11 is right opposite of hotel. Massage parlours, from the lavish to the basic, are easily available around the hotel.

Do note that wireless internet access is not free. You'd have to pay for it.

The best thing I like about the hotel is the location. It is closed to subway stations, the famous restaurant for my favorite dishes (crab curry and fish) and is relatively closed to the Airport. And also, the convenient store is right in front of the hotel, and the massage place I like to go is in walking distance.

I requested a non smoking room, but there were cigaret buds in the balcony until we leave. Anyway the balcony was very narrow, there was no purpose of having balcony for me. The real problem for me was cigaret smell in the hall way. There were heavy cigaret smell from the Elevator door of the 8th floor to all the way to the room. Internet unsage fee was too expensive. I paid $3 for 30 minutes and $5 for a LOCAL call for 8 minues. The cleanliness of the room was fair.

Value for money. Excellent service and very clean. Very convenient location in the city.

They should have free wifi in the rooms. Internet service expensive. This will make it even more attractive to business people and more convenient to all guests

Well honestly not much happy with this Hotel . It could be very personal reason of not being happy . 1. I suffered from Little Nose Bleeding when I was reached due to too much stress of travelling 2. I used some Towel due to which it had some Blood stains , 3. I ordered some food in room only due to which the other towel had some stains of Coriender The House Keeping Department said we are not able to clean the Towels so we would charge them and same the reception informed . They became so rude as if I had done something bad . They questioned that your food has made stains. I was surpised if we use Hotel Towel it might get some strains , and its your duty to clean it . I accept blood strains may seem little unhygenic , but they all can very well be cleaned , not by hand wash but by Laundry It was rude. Other wise hotel locatin is good , rest everything is not upto mark , food breakfast . But thats becuase you pay less than1250 THB so may be

Large rooms, clean and adequately equipped. 10 mins walk from MRT. Short MRT trip to Chatachak weekend market. Airport side of Bangkok

Original room we were given was really smelly. The hotel changed our room allocation without a fuss. The second room was fine.We think the smell came from sewers outside one side of the hotel.

Friendly staff and location

The staff are friendly and helpful. Location is good, MRT not too far. Price rather reasonable.

It would be better if the rooms have free internet access. Tooth brush were not provided this time. Would be good to have it. No tray to put the shampoo inside the shower cube. No where to hang cloth in the toilet.

Convenience "near to the mrt station", "a lot of fruits and foods stall at the back street", "a lot of foot and body massage shop opposite of the hotel", "7-Eleven also just opposite of the Hotel"

At least wifi in the lobby should be free.......but overall we are happy to stay in Palazzo and definitely will be back again when we visit Bangkok

Good for strategic location, well connected with public transport, shopping centre within walking distance & nearest to Savarnabhumi International Airport as plus factor..

Cheap! but the room maintenance was superb! Clean, new, pleasant, comfy. Staffs were friendly. Breakfast was simple but I love it, just nice! Had so many half boiled eggs and you can toast your own bread. Location wise was better than superb too. In front of the entrance, 7-11. 500 meter walk, there's Robinson and Carrefour. 100m walk there's train station. Want massage? You are surrounded by many choices! at way affordable rate.

I like this hotel. Good value for money. Friendly staff. Good location near underground. Close to authentic Thai neighbourhood.

Mainly tour groups. Lack of free internet will not encourage businessmen
