Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

When booking the hotel I was informed I would have free transfers to and from the airport, this was not true. There was no one available to collect me when I arrived at the airport and I had to pay to be returned to the airport in the morning. The night hotel staff did not communicate with the morning staff so they were unaware that I had already for my taxi and the taxi to drive me back to the airport had not been booked so I arrived at the airport late for check in. |

We loved the warmth & friendliness of the staff, even the cleaners, the rooms were superb - comfortable & relaxing, We loved the food and the complimentary foot massages after shopping. We loved everything about the Residential Airport & Spa Hotel so much so that we returned to this hotel to spend some more nights before leaving the country. We have recommended this hotel to all our friends. |

staff were very friendly and spoke good english, best english speaking and very attentive. also very efficient and it was a nice 4 star styled hotel and the free foot massage is a fantastic idea. i never used it but i thought it was very nice bonus that you dont get at alot of hotels especially not one of this affordable price! i think a pool or some sort of outdoors area with a few amenities would have helped AND a DVD player in the room... i did get quite bored. Also an internet cafe would be good for those of us who do not carry laptops when we travel. As the hotel is not amongst any major tourist area you need to have something else to entertain the guests while they are in transit. |

booked a wake-up call for 4.30 that I never received :-( could have missed my early morning flight. Also the hotel is not 15 minutes from the airport ....it's 30 ! |

Je ontvangt bij het inchecken een bon voor een gratis voetmassage van 30 minuten in de spa van het hotel, deze was heerlijk en is meer dan welkom na een dag reizen. Het hotel zit in een steeg wat uitkijkt op braakliggend terrein. uiteraard zie je dit niet op de foto's op hun website. dit doet absoluut afbreuk aan de uitstraling van het hotel wat verder overigens uitstekend is. |

Familiäre Atmosphäre, guter Spa, sehr leckeres Abendessen viel zu weit weg vom Airport, in einer kleinen Nebenstraße gelegen (Taxifahrer hatte das Hotel nicht einmal gefunden), nichts attraktives in der Nähe gelegen, schlechtes Frühstück (nur Spiegelei und Toast) |
