Pasamos la última semana mi mujer y yo en una de sus Villas Deluxe y hemos quedado encantados. El personal es muy atento y las villas son excepcionales (piscina privada!!). Quizás el mejor lugar donde nos hemos alojado en nuestros viajes. Muy recomendable! Gracias The Residence! |

luxury villas with big private swimming pool and perfect interiors, good breakfast served in the villa upon request, shuttle bus to nearby super market and beach very far from main shopping area ( 30 min ), expensive spa and transportation, no room service after 10:30 pm |

The hotel is far away from tourism aerie. We need to use TAXI if we went to go any place. However TAXI drivers ask for triple price than normal price ! |

We liked the location. Easy access to the areas of Phuket we wanted to frequent. Staff very friendly and helpful but certain staff had difficultly understanding us. The spa was beautiful. The food was inconsistent. |

By far the best Resort/Villa Accom on Phuket! Anyone looking to stay...don't bother hesitating this is the best accomodation on the Island! our villa was really nice,love the privet pool location was not good,not much around,more like 20-30min wallk to the beach,hotel food was okay,not a lot to eat around,when booking throught the site,supposed to charge 50%on the bookin day,and pay the rest at the hotel,but instead they charge the whole amount before we arrived and without asking what type of payment i would like to make,exchange rate was alot lesser than outside |

I was treated like a princess e moment i stepped into The Residence, Phuket. The service given from the staff was fantastic! Love the villa so much! Thumbs up to them! Housekeeping was not done throughout my stay..despite repeated reminders from me..=( |

All Excellent - will stay again. Staff really friendly It is listed as Gay friendly and there are lots and lots of information of things to see and do, but no information on Gay scene. Phuket is a gay destination for gay people from around the world. |

très belle villa bien équipée et service personnalisé,piscine privative hotel non sur la plage et loin des restaurants et animationsnécéssité absolue d'avoir un moyen de locomotion ( location de voiture ou scooter pour pouvoir se déplacer) et deuxième partie de l'hôtel en construction donc vue pas terrible de la chambre parentale donnant sur le site des travaux ( grue et pelleteuse) ce qui n'est pas le cas de toutes les villas: à préciser au moment de la reservation |
