The Rim Chiang Mai    

Excellent service, good food, enjoy the massage beside the swimming pool.

The air condition sounds a little noisy at night.

We really liked the room and the hotel as a whole. The staff is very friendly and have a good command of English. The buffet breakfast was excellent. Good value for the money.

It's on the outskirt of town, so you couldn't really get anywhere without the taxi or Tuk-Tuk.

Spacious room. Cooked to order breakfast. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance.

Bed could have been softer, this seems to be the case with all the beds in Thailand I have slept in

beautiful swimming pool, old trees, great staff, delicious food.

The staff were amazing- went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed from last minute info and organising our bookings for day tours (I'm talking night before!), to breakfast, to making us feel very welcome with a guide around the facilities and our room on arrival. I was amazed at the the exceptionally friendly service of all the staff who really made the stay memorable. The design of the rooms and architecture are also beautiful and feel authentically Thai :) Location was good because it is close to both the city and airport, which is very rare especially for nice accommodation.

Nothing at all except that that we didn't get to stay longer!

perfect!! this is the best hotel i have ever been everyone was so nice , helpfull and willing the food is good' location is good quiet and peaceful atmosphere, they thought of every detail to make you comfortable most recommended

The lunch menu is very attractive, but on limited times available. So we could not order their satay, which much be wonderfull, as the food in the restaurant is delicious.

酒店的服务非常热情，环境幽美，下次去清迈一定还会选择这家。值得一提的是酒店的早餐，实在是很美味，性价- 比非常高的酒店！Wifi免费！！

旅馆的设计很棒。绝对是非常有特色的建筑设计。服务人员的素质也都很高。早餐非常的丰盛一点都不马虎。如果- 说明是蜜月之旅还有蛋糕和鸡尾酒赠送。真的很贴心。

空调有些不给力。

就在古城边上，交通便利很好找。环境是打造成热带雨林的氛围。服务生态度很好。早餐量多美味，赞！

因为是雨林的设计，所以会有各种昆虫出没。不过酒店有备杀虫剂。

El hotel es precioso y la atencion muy buena, es un hotel muy centrico pero a su vez muy tranquilo , su decoración da tranquilidad y paz. La comida es muy buena

The Rim的位置在古城西面，作为出发去清迈大学、素贴山、Niman Rd都很方便。游览帕邢寺也在步行范围，作为周末夜市的一头也很近，很好逛。酒店有个小型泳池，虽不大也适- 合孩子玩乐，西方游客使用较多 。酒店早餐也很美味，单点现烧。是一家达到舒适入住豪华酒店标准又性价比高的酒店选择。

酒店员工态度很亲切，设施很完善很干净，很喜欢有阳台的设计，下次来清迈一定会再次入住

整体感觉非常好，有免费SHUTTLE BUS去NIGHT BAZAAR, 去NIGHT SAFARI的时候，工作人员很热心的提供建议。下次来，THE RIM 还是我的首选~
