The room was really bad bed was to hard very poor room
This hotel is cheap and cheerful. Great for backpackers, lovely hot powerful shower. The room is very basic but when you're out exploring, it really doesn't matter and there's plenty of space for bags and anything else. It's a great location, not too far from anything and right on the doorstep of all the street markets and bars. I would definitely stay here again!
The only few downsides were the bed- it's very hard and you can feel the springs. And you won't need the air con as the fan is very strong and generates a lot of cool air, so when booking online the price is about 200baht more rather than booking a room with just a fan so watch out.
I loved the vintage look of the hotel, we had really a nice time here and the people who work here are so kind! Especially the two cute ladies at the reception stole my heart! I would definitely come back!
The wifi was really bad
no lift all stairs dangerous, slopery tiles eveywhrere
After staying in tiny hostels with shared bathrooms and cold water, an ensuite with hot shower and your own private balcony was luxury! It's not the most modern but that didn't bother us at all, who cares about old furniture! If you're after a hotel feel this might not be for you but as a backpacker it's great.
the place is very close(100m)to center the hotel itself I met people from al over the world and the pool was very refreshing also the personal very helpful and friendly
the room very plain no tv but air I was at the fours floor but no elevator
Good location near nightmarket. Small pool and good WiFi. Staff was very helpfull.
Quite old place and very dirty. Hotell need a minor restoration.
Very friendly and helpful staff. The bar/restaurant downstairs was good. Location is good.. close to the night bazaar and many bars.
Rooms are very old and dirty. Big spaces under the doors means bugs can enter easily. Warning signs on the doors stating not to keep valuables in rooms. I didn't feel comfortable there. I think for the same price per night it's possible to find much nicer places in Chiang Mai to stay.
Swimming pool Value Friendly staff
Staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was serviced every day. The general atmosphere of the place was above average. We would definitely stay there again.
Not clean (i found 5 dead cockroaches inside the room just only openning the door) which means nobody was inside the room for a long while. Air-con with no thermostate, only one (full)speed and i turned off because was too cold. Bath in private rooms not clean at all. The "guesthouse" was empty of guests (i bet i was the only one). Doesn't give u any oportunity to meet other people specially when traveling alone. Swimingpool water a little bit dirty/green... No bar or restaurant opened. I booked for 3 nights and i cancelled after the 1st night.
Staff is helpful
Too old hotel.Maybe, It's older than my father
Location was handy and they have a small pool.
They made a mess of my booking and I have just been charged twice for my stay, causing me a lot of hassle trying to get my money back.
Hotel wasn't good nor really bad but was a bit worn. For this money there are better places around
