The Royal Palm Beach Front  

Staff are friendly and its a nice place right on Patong Beach

I booked through booking.com with my credit card. Royal palm charged my credit card without asking me. I also paid cash when I arrived. So they are refunding the money back to my credit card which will take 15 days which I wasnt told up front. So now I have left the country and have paid twice. WIll wait and see if I get my money back.

The Hotel position is really good

Unless you get the front facing room there are views of alleyways and electric wiring

Location is very Gd. Right in front of the beach. Next to a 24hr burger king

I stayed in a room in the- new wing. They put the Aircon facing the bed. All night the Aircon was hitting our face. EveryOne woke up with a cold. By the end of the 3 night stay. Half of us were sick . Also walls are really thin. people talking outside the room can be heard .

Near to beach and shopping.

The toilet door for 02-01 was not able to lock and when reported, they manage to do it with quick fix way. But, how can a hotel room toilet is unable to lock with the locking mechanism is wrongly installed. This shows that your technician is not professional. Then the shower curtain is damed dirty with old stain. This is cheap item, hope you change it to new ones.

located bang opposite the Patong beach, excellent location, right in the middle of the shopping area and all the action. The room sizes were decent, had enough storage and circulation space.

Bathrooms were neat but could have been made more spacious.

Dirty rooms, very small and noisy. Breakfast very poor selection.

Very friendly staffs and great location.

We didn't quite like our room as it was very plain and uneventful, in comparison to the pictures shown on the website. Did not have hot water at all.

Their reciptions were so weak.

Good location, close to Bangla Road - but not too close.

Staff was friendly but their English was sooooooooooooooooo bad it's almost impossible to communicate with them. They don't have computers with internet. There is no lift - and the stairs are really steep and dangerous. The pictures on the website looks much better than it is in real life. The bathroom was a bit discusting - there was a lot of mould between the tiles (cleaners couldn't get rid of it). Fellow travelers stayed in 2 other rooms and both of their rooms had issues with clogged drains... The hotel's restaurant is way too expensive!

Good being opposite the beach and near all the action in Patong.

Our room was never celaned thoroughly during our stay. Floor not even swept.Were told we would be in a Seaview suite with a balcony only to find that the balcony wasn't even big enough to put a chair on.
