The fact that the room is OK for the amount that we pay for. Location GOOD! Rooms.. U get what u paid for..

5 floors and no lifts. Hotel does not have own generator for power. No to our luck, the welas problem with power so a lot of customers were angry as the back generator set arrived hours later. Be careful for what u book for. Certain rooms does not have windows so in case the power goes out, you're practically screwed!!

hotel is nice and on good location but no lift in the hotel for the old peoples like us 60 or over.

This was our second time staying at this hotel within 4 months. They have upgraded a lot. There is hot water in ALL the rooms. No problems whatsoever! It was excellent!

The Hotel only has one water heater for the entire hotel! Ridiculous! The breakfast buffet is very limited.

Brilliant location. The staff was fantastic in every way. They're friendly, helpful and informative. They arranged taxis and rang tour companies if they're late to pick us up. Highly recommend this place.

The water pressure in our bathroom was poor. Great pressure in the beginning then after a few seconds it reduced to a trickle. No wifi reception in our rooms only at the front desk downstairs. The range is about 15 m from the front desk and its very slow.

We did have a couple of issues with air con and hot water but being in Thailand we expected it but our air con was fixed and all was great

Excellent location ,if you like the beach this hotel will be good for you And it's small hotel only 3 or 2 floor , clean , helpful staff ,everthings near you, V.good breakfast , I like this hotel next time I will stay in it.

There is no electronic left in hotel

They are bloody rippers. This hotel will do every thing to rip your money. I tired to place an international call but I could not succed. I went down and ask the receptionist to call the same number which he succeded in doing so. I talked about 3 mins and paid them around 300 baht on spot. Howver before I check out I was shocked to see that I had a telephone bill of 5200 bhat. I went to talk to them they told me that did not hang up the phone although the call did not go through I had to pay. I will never set foot in this hotel they are bloody thieves.

The location was really good. Close to the beach, shops and restaurants

Was very noisey as there is construction being done all day (7am-10pm, 6 days a week) this information is not disclosed on their website. Air con didn't work properly and it was never fixed

Location, very central & overlooking the beach

Booked a "suite", advertising and photo's show a genuine suite with a glass fronted balcony overlooking the ocean. Reality was simply 2 adjoining bedrooms with one having a fold out sofa replacing a bed,nothing at all like a "suite" that terminology is a joke, the balcony? Well there wasn't one, it was sliding glass doors out to the restaurant deck.Privacy? As long as you kept the curtains closed all restaurant patron would be looking straight into the room. The concept promoted is a complete lie. On top of this the sliding door lock and the lock on the door to our "suite" were both broken, The main door was split and had obviously been kicked or forced open previously an neither could be locked. Our request for some repairs or another "suite" were met with "I don't understand" and no other rooms available...more or less you've paid suck it up!

die sauberkeit des badezimmers,da am 09.mai eine renovierung begonnen hat die bis zum 31.mai geplant ist,denke ich das dieses problem sich von selbst loest

酒店位置很好，下楼走100米就到芭东海滩了，周围很热闹，人气很旺。走到江西冷大概15分钟，价格还算可- 以，房间很普通，设施稍微有点老旧，顶楼有个游泳池很舒服惬意

房间内有小蟑螂，设施有点旧，没有电梯

Понравился ресторан при отеле - очень хорошо готовили морепродукты!

Не понравилось: неисправная сантехника (даже в номере Люкс), плохая уборка номеров.
