A lot of new staff since my last stay They are rude. One old staff menber has been promotted which is nice to see. One new Traniee started last week very pleasent and very willing to learn and helpful. The rude staff had meeting with gm and offered to help in marketing the hotel. |

Good location. Rooftop pool was lovely. Some rooms had 'windows' but they were almost blacked out due to the closeness of the building next door. Reception staff not helpful. |

position of the hotel they are not helpful when the fire was next to the hotel ( was a big fire ) the get out all the guest from the hotel and we stayed out side the hotel for more than 3 hours and only one person was responsible and no one take care of our luggage we carried them by ourselves and them didn't gave us any discount or refund for this night |

Near to the beach & with lots of restaurants around. The air-cond of the hotel lobby was insufficience especially during hot day times. |

The hotel was under construction and was noisy from morning to evening. The swimming pool was under construction and angered me. There was not explanation under construction. Besides, the passage of the second floor smelled terrible and came to feel sick. I have the sense that I was deceived. I was not able to make myself at home at all. An error was given to the security box. |

The decoration and settings is nice and the hotel staff are helpful. i was not aware that the hotel do not have lift which is the negative part. The facilities and furniture looks quite old although they repaint it. |

Mukava hotelli hyvällä sijainnilla. Huoneessa ei parveketta(ja jos olisi ollut olisi se ollut pienelle sivukujalle). Huoneet siistejä ja huonepalvelu toimiva. Hieman äänekäs ilmastointilaite(verrattuna muihin hotelleihin). Sijainti loistava suoraan rantakadulle ja 20metriä rannasta. ei ollut parveketta. Ilmastointilaitteen ääni suht suuri. |
