The Royal Palm Beach Front is steps away from Patong Beach and 10 minutes’ walk from the lively Bangla Road. It features a spa and a rooftop pool with hot tub. Location is excellent and hotel staff is very friendly and helpfull. Could speak better english but is ok. Be aware!!! Half of the rooms dont have windows!!! Room is stinky and damp. Internet is very slow but is free of charge. I have seen few rats in reception and restaurant!!!

Friendly staff, close to the beach No window in the bedroom, smelly room, rats, cockroaches in the lobby, bad swimming pool, not much choice for breakfast. overall poor quality for the money paid.

Location is very Gd. Right in front of the beach. Next to a 24hr burger king I stayed in a room in the- new wing. They put the Aircon facing the bed. All night the Aircon was hitting our face. EveryOne woke up with a cold. By the end of the 3 night stay. Half of us were sick . Also walls are really thin. people talking outside the room can be heard .

Staff are friendly and its a nice place right on Patong Beach I booked through booking.com with my credit card. Royal palm charged my credit card without asking me. I also paid cash when I arrived. So they are refunding the money back to my credit card which will take 15 days which I wasnt told up front. So now I have left the country and have paid twice. WIll wait and see if I get my money back.

It was right on the beach & Good Location Staff were friendly The shower was extremely unreliable with both pressure and hot and cold water. The bath had mould in it.

Near to beach and shopping. The toilet door for 02-01 was not able to lock and when reported, they manage to do it with quick fix way. But, how can a hotel room toilet is unable to lock with the locking mechanism is wrongly installed. This shows that your technician is not professional. Then the shower curtain is damed dirty with old stain. This is cheap item, hope you change it to new ones.

The hotel is steps away from all booking agents and attractions The pool is DIRTY!!!....bed linen is dirty!!!...towels have brown spots on!...bathrooom tooo noisy and small!

It is just opp the beach... Huge bed. Poor Lightings... The water is chalky. You will get pissed whenever you are going out of the hotel as many will ask you to buy from their shops...

Very friendly staffs and great location. We didn't quite like our room as it was very plain and uneventful, in comparison to the pictures shown on the website. Did not have hot water at all.

Good location, close to Bangla Road - but not too close. Staff was friendly but their English was sooooooooooooooooo bad it's almost impossible to communicate with them. They don't have computers with internet. There is no lift - and the stairs are really steep and dangerous. The pictures on the website looks much better than it is in real life. The bathroom was a bit discusting - there was a lot of mould between the tiles (cleaners couldn't get rid of it). Fellow travelers stayed in 2 other rooms and both of their rooms had issues with clogged drains... The hotel's restaurant is way too expensive!

We decided to go for a budget hotel and that is what we got but it was near everything. Clean and the staff were all friendly. We did notice that the aircons needed cleaning and maintemance.

所处的位置极佳，出门过马路就是巴东海滩，可以看着大海吃早餐。从后门小路出去到江西冷7-8分钟，后门不远就有小超市很方便，里酒吧街也很近。员工都很友善，感到很温馨。喜欢热闹或者靠海边近的可- 以选择这家。 最大的缺点：空调声音太大，需要更新空调了。酒店很多房间房没有窗户，看不到什么景，因为和相邻的酒店基本- 墙挨着墙。
