I liked the fact we could work almost anywhere in Pantong and 99% of people knew the hotel. Our room was cleared well but the room service items were left at our door step. The room service don't speak english well so when call for anything you had to say what you wanted again at the door when they arrived. |

tis hotel is good...but there write is sea view...but when i arrive there i can feel i get cheat le...cant see any sea view and water too low...1 more is the staff very no manner....except tis few thing tis is really good place to u stay ....jus 2 minute u can arive patong beach... |

The prompt attention by the Hotel staff to change my room due to my physical handicap. A lift would have been proper although there are only 2 floors.Will be a problem for people who are physically challenged. |

Very close to the beach The hotel don´t have Elevator, the room is very noisy from the outside and inside, housekeeping made a lot of noise in the morning, not recommended if you want to rest after being party at night. |

I like the location which is very near to the beach and shopping area choices of food for breakfast is quite limited especially for muslim travellers |

the location and travel agency inside its old and the housekeeping doesn clean properly. also, the shower doesnt work. I faced that in two of the rooms. |

The personality of the staff and how they smile and greet you when going out/coming back in. Their honestly so friendly. Lots of taxi drivers parking outside asking Do you want taxi do you want taxi?!...it gets annoying when they repeat that 20 times a day but the hotels place is excellent! |

strategically located near the beach, fast food joints, restaurant, massage parlour, markets, etc 1. there was no lift and there were 5 floors 2. the water heater in room 406 sometimes takes really long to work |

very luxurious construction just next to the hotel - very very loud noises from 7:45am to 18:00. I guess this will last for at least a year. I was there august/2009. Had electric outage for about 3 hours, and the last day the cold water did not work... Terrible! was not able to sleep! |

A lot of new staff since my last stay They are rude. One old staff menber has been promotted which is nice to see. One new Traniee started last week very pleasent and very willing to learn and helpful. The rude staff had meeting with gm and offered to help in marketing the hotel. |

Good location. Rooftop pool was lovely. Some rooms had 'windows' but they were almost blacked out due to the closeness of the building next door. Reception staff not helpful. |

position of the hotel they are not helpful when the fire was next to the hotel ( was a big fire ) the get out all the guest from the hotel and we stayed out side the hotel for more than 3 hours and only one person was responsible and no one take care of our luggage we carried them by ourselves and them didn't gave us any discount or refund for this night |
