Great Room (old style) with a big balcony with a fantastic view; Prices at Restaurant are adequate. Fabuolous spa service.

Spoiled food on one of our meals: Shrimp damaged, smelled bad and were not fit for consumption - very serious danger of food poisoning; They gave us another dish and we only paied the second one. Even though we believe they did not manage correctly our claim. No help regarding Taxi services: we asked for advice for taking a taxi and they told us that they only help if we request a taxi on the hotel (doble pricing comparing to a external taxi) - by the end we found that there are plain of taxi offers outside the Hotel. Beach not adequate for snorkling; Sand beach dirty and with trash.

Not much variety for food, also whatever you get is three times more expensive than the local food that you get just a 100 meters away from the hotel in the beach market.

The wievs from the rooms are wonderfull.Terrace was also very god.

The hotel is a bit outdated and needs a renovation.I Can say its a 4 Star Hotel not 5 Star.

The views are fantastic as the hotel is situated on a hillside! Booking a room with a bigger terrace is deffinately worth it! We lived on the 6th floor and that was ideal because that is the highest the lift can take you. The staff is very polite, rooms are cleaned twice a day. There are trees and flowers averywhere. The beach is very nice too.

The hotel is a bit outdated and needs a renovation. The conditioning in the gym is not working properly and when we worked out if felt as if we were in a sauna. Breakfasts are rather poor for a five star hotel.

My husband and I liked a number of things during our stay at the Royal Phuket Yacht Club. The rooms are spacious and elegant with a large outside private patio that overlooks the beautiful Andaman Sea. The breakfast included in the room rate was excellent with an array of food to choose from. Nai Harn Beach where the hotel is situated in Phuket is not crowded and was lovely to swim in at this time of the year (outside of the monsoon time). Friendly, courteous and helpful staff are always available when needed but are unobtrusive. In addition to the delicious hotel food, some nearby local cafes serve fresh and reasonably priced Thai meals.

le manque de générosité, nous avons séjourné 8 jours dans la même chambre avec deux prix différents de 15€/jours!

La situation en bord de mer, le cadre et le confort apparent.

Rapport qualité prix élevé aux restaurants. Le manque de formule 1/2 pension voire All included, Le manque de" lifting" des batiments de l'hotel des salons extérieurs des chambres. Manque de rangement pour les valises dans les chambres.

Lo que mas me ha gustado es la vista desde el hotel. Así como su ubicación.

Me dieron de comer algo en malas condiciones y perdí dos días enfermo en la habitación. Cuidado con la comida.

Läget är fantastiskt. Rummen är trevliga och badrummen också. Balkongerna/terrasserna är fantastiska!

A/Cn bullrade oacceptabelt mycket. Städningen var tveksam. Hotellet var för slitet och skulle behöva en uppfräschning. Det märks att hotellet vilar på sitt goda rykte från förr och inte anstränger sig, tråkigt!
