We had a bungalow (nr 1) with an extended balcony. Very nice to have a evening drink. Frindly staff (Englisch a bit difficult). Spacious room with everything you need. Nice swimming pool. The one in front of our bungalow was just cleaned . We had the impresson tha the swimming pools are not daily cleaned.

A bit far away from yhe centre (taxi between 150 and 200 Bath) Cold egs and no fruit for beakfast

the "bungalows" are in a nice, serene setting When our room flooded, they took care of it right away They set out breakfast an hour early for us because we had an early tour. :)

VERY small area for the bed-- you almost walk into the wall when you get out of bed. literally. reception didn't speak much English. no travel desk or reception area -- basically just a small dingy room with a desk for reception. ( a little scary and a lot weird.) Air con took a LONG time to cool our room (although our friends' didn't) Their room was full of small ants Ours flooded (literally!) when my husband used the shower in the tub. (Think 1 inch of water everywhere!) VERY far away from the markets-- taxi drivers looked almost shocked the two times we caught rides to go to the hotel--"It is very far-- not in old town!" Breakfast was set out buffet style at a designated time. If you didn't get there right when it was served, it was luke warm at best. No restaurant for lunch or dinner The price is good for what it is. We just couldn't stay there more than one night. We "splurged" and spent $8 more and stayed at the Raming Lodge. Good decision!

Excellent value for money (800 baht per night for a room with a massive bed right next to the pool). We checked in really early (8am) after getting a night train, and checked out really late (8pm) to get a flight, and basically had 4 full days at the hotel whilst only paying for 3 nights. We thought this was a really nice touch and it was a refreshing change to not have to pay extra for this.

Could be closer to the centre of Chian Mai, but still reachable by a short taxi Breakfast was average Staff didnt speak very good english

The staff are friendly, helped us to book taxi to the town centre and tried to meet everything that we need. The breakfast here is great! And before we left, my friend would like the fruits in their yard and they gave her in free of charge(>^ω^<)

it is tooooo far away from the town centre and really inconvenient. Every time we went to town centre we have to book a taxi which cost THB 150

Staff were friendly and really helpful. Motor and bicycles are available for rental from them. Rooms are exceptionally clean and tidy (which they would tidy and change towels for you daily). Strong wifi signal in the room as well, however no signal is available at the breakfast area. There are 2 swimming pools available although 1 was under maintenance when I arrived.

Maybe a little out of the city, but with the rental of a motorbike it wouldn't be a problem. Breakfast spread is the same everyday, which is fine for me but others may prefer a wider variety. Breakfast items included sausages, fried eggs, bread with butter and jam, (toaster available), cereal and coffee/tea/orange juice.

Very quiet location, yet only 5 minutes to the town, also very nice size pool.

No remote for the AC, also TV's could be bigger.

This was nice and peaceful here breakfast and free wi fi were good and the 2 pools were a bit small but as there were only a few guests they were mostly empty The staff were very nice and happy to help with anything i will go back again.

There were no safes in the room and only a padlock on the door . Most taxi cabs or tuk tuk drivers had difficulty finding the place

We loved the Villa we stayed in. It was clean, big and very comfortable. I often had trouble leaving the bed. The breakfast was very basic, but it was always fresh. It was always such a relief to pull into this resort after being out in the chaos of CM, like a breath of fresh air. Would definitely stay here again.

At first without a motorbike, we felt quite trapped and It was difficult to get a taxi. But the 2nd day we rented one and were so glad we stayed outside of the chaos.

Best value for money in Chiangmai. Clean and comfortable rooms. When we were there both pools were ready and clean. The location is between city center and the nice university area. Free to borrow bycicles are available.

Not in walking distance from most hotspots.
