The staff were friendly and accommodating
The resort is a taxi/Tuc Tuc ride from the old city and the surrounding area as with the rest of Chiang Mai is very difficult for walkers due to the poor or lack of pavements and the high traffic density, noise and air pollution. The breakfast was a disaster area and is best avoided. The chalet we had was OK, clean but a bit dark and the whole resort is in need of some care and attention as it looks run down and we moved on after 3 days.
Very friendly and caring staff who will try to accomodate requests. Make it clear if there is anything you need and they will respond quickly. Abundance of breakfast food, all day hot water. Very large room with en suite and bath tub. TV was fine and had the best selection of channels during our trip to Thailand. Lots of rustic, antique, carved furniture and architectural fittings. The two pools are not large but enough to swim in and great to cool off. Chaing Mai is a big, busy town and this location is tucked away and quiet, near the zoo and university. It is not close to the centre of town but there is a brand new cinema/shopping complex with a good range of restaurants 10 minutes walk away.
Hotel is very good! Room is very clean. Nice bathroom with hot water! Shower and bath are included. Also there is a swiming pool! Nice one too. Breakfast is not big but it's fine. Staff is very friendly and ready to help. A little bit far from center of the city but if you rent car or morobike it's perfect because it's so calm and not noisy at all!

Big villa with a small pool in a nice little complex. Very quiet and relaxing.
Far from the city Breakfast not so good
The staff was friendly, the location was good as it was away from the main road. The setting was pleasant. The swimming pool was clean. It is not far from Chang Mai University so lots of students. Very nice and cheap street food 2 minutes away.
Taxi drivers did not know how resort or understand where it was, so it is worth asking the staff to provide the address in Thai and ask for something nearby that drivers will know. It is still a very good resort and location. Breakfast wasn't great!
quiet room with a swimming pool, a foreign girl knows English well, cheap price
a little hard to find this place, even a local needs to call to ask the way. limited choices for breakfast.
The place quiet & comfort
The room is spacious and the bed is comfortable. We stayed in a two story landed house which has our personal balcony and three bathroom inside. The first floor is a living room which is suitable to have parties and gatherings with friends. The second floor is designed for resting, two bedrooms are there. One master bedroom and one common room with both toilet attached. The room facilities and toiletries are well-provided. The staffs there will change new towels everyday. The environment is very peaceful and cosy. There is a small swimming pool in front of our house and you could enjoy playing with water there. The breakfast is quite simple, while enough to serve the basic needs. The staffs there are friendly and serve you as sincere as they can. I asked the staff there to help me mail out some postcards on the day I checked out. Apparently they mailed them out timely and my friends received my greetings from Chiangmai within a very short period. Thanks for the good service.
The facility and the setup of the room is quite old fashioned, some furniture are rather old as well, the light is not bright enough and it could be scary when you stay alone in the room as it's rather spacious. The aircon works well, however, it could produce a lot noise when you turn it on.
Every thing was beautiful hotel with good staff would stay again.
Nothing was great
The bungalow style room's are lovely. A real bonus. A shower a separate bath room with a bath big enough for two. air con. Lovely grounds.
The pool was closed for cleaning whilst we were there which spoiled it slightly and a cold breakfast of your choice such as cold fried eggs Cold sausage ham.
Lot of mosguitos.
We had a bungalow (nr 1) with an extended balcony. Very nice to have a evening drink. Frindly staff (Englisch a bit difficult). Spacious room with everything you need. Nice swimming pool. The one in front of our bungalow was just cleaned . We had the impresson tha the swimming pools are not daily cleaned.
A bit far away from yhe centre (taxi between 150 and 200 Bath) Cold egs and no fruit for beakfast
the "bungalows" are in a nice, serene setting When our room flooded, they took care of it right away They set out breakfast an hour early for us because we had an early tour. :)
VERY small area for the bed-- you almost walk into the wall when you get out of bed. literally. reception didn't speak much English. no travel desk or reception area -- basically just a small dingy room with a desk for reception. ( a little scary and a lot weird.) Air con took a LONG time to cool our room (although our friends' didn't) Their room was full of small ants Ours flooded (literally!) when my husband used the shower in the tub. (Think 1 inch of water everywhere!) VERY far away from the markets-- taxi drivers looked almost shocked the two times we caught rides to go to the hotel--"It is very far-- not in old town!" Breakfast was set out buffet style at a designated time. If you didn't get there right when it was served, it was luke warm at best. No restaurant for lunch or dinner The price is good for what it is. We just couldn't stay there more than one night. We "splurged" and spent $8 more and stayed at the Raming Lodge. Good decision!
Excellent value for money (800 baht per night for a room with a massive bed right next to the pool). We checked in really early (8am) after getting a night train, and checked out really late (8pm) to get a flight, and basically had 4 full days at the hotel whilst only paying for 3 nights. We thought this was a really nice touch and it was a refreshing change to not have to pay extra for this.
Could be closer to the centre of Chian Mai, but still reachable by a short taxi Breakfast was average Staff didnt speak very good english
The staff are friendly, helped us to book taxi to the town centre and tried to meet everything that we need. The breakfast here is great! And before we left, my friend would like the fruits in their yard and they gave her in free of charge(>^ω^<)
it is tooooo far away from the town centre and really inconvenient. Every time we went to town centre we have to book a taxi which cost THB 150
Staff were friendly and really helpful. Motor and bicycles are available for rental from them. Rooms are exceptionally clean and tidy (which they would tidy and change towels for you daily). Strong wifi signal in the room as well, however no signal is available at the breakfast area. There are 2 swimming pools available although 1 was under maintenance when I arrived.
Maybe a little out of the city, but with the rental of a motorbike it wouldn't be a problem. Breakfast spread is the same everyday, which is fine for me but others may prefer a wider variety. Breakfast items included sausages, fried eggs, bread with butter and jam, (toaster available), cereal and coffee/tea/orange juice.
Very quiet location, yet only 5 minutes to the town, also very nice size pool.
No remote for the AC, also TV's could be bigger.
quiet place, nice swimming pool and breakfast.
staff is not good at english, bed is not comfortable and the establishment are a little old.
This was nice and peaceful here breakfast and free wi fi were good and the 2 pools were a bit small but as there were only a few guests they were mostly empty The staff were very nice and happy to help with anything i will go back again.
There were no safes in the room and only a padlock on the door . Most taxi cabs or tuk tuk drivers had difficulty finding the place
Very satisfied, the staff is great, friendly, the hotel is beautiful, clean, comfortable, very nice experience in this hotel, next time will come again! Recommend to friends!
good breakfast and service. the room is very clean and comfortable
a little bit far from the downtown
very good breakfast and service. the room is very clean and spacious. the design is awesome and delicate
a little bit far from the downtown, which makes it difficult for tuk tuk drivers to find
the tree, pool, breakfast,decoretion,furnture,,,
water heater is not good, water is very cold. blanket is too think and no more to add
Excellent staff, very helpful. Made us a to go breakfast when we had to leave early for an outing.
A bit noisy.
