The Sea Patong    

Excelente hotel proximo a praia restaurantes , bares,massagens. Quarto gigante com sacada. Frigobar livre, pessoal atencioso . Otimo custo beneficio.

Hotel fica nos fundos de outro hotel , o que nao compromete em nada a hospedagem, visto que pertencem ao mesmo grupo.

Localização muito boa e lugar tranquilo, perto da praia (menos de uma quadra) e a 5 quadras do agito. Café da manhã bom pois é servido no hotel ao lado cuja classificação é superior. Geladeira abastecida diariamente (agua / refri) gratuitamente. Tamanho do quarto muito bom, bastante espaçoso.

Desorganização na reserva: apesar de ter reservado, pago com antecedencia e colocado uma observação (quarto com vista) quando cheguei me colocaram num quarto no térreo. Apesar de ter reclamado tive que dormir num quarto com cama menor que o reservado (king size) e com vista para outro prédio e no dia seguinte tive o incomodo de mudar de quarto, desta vez com vista. Outro ponto é sobre o restaurante e piscina do hotel que não funcionaram nos dias que estive por lá.

Good location, just 2 minutes from the beach. Lovely room, excellent service and really nice friendly welcoming staff. Great breakfast in the sister operation next door, nice to get a complimentary drink and fruit-plate even if I did lose the voucher!

Swimming pool is a disappointment - you CAN swim in it, but it's a bit of an uninviting trench.

Everytihing, the apartment, the breakfast, the employee.... though the WiFi was little slow and not permanent.

From the moment we entered we witnessed very friendly staff right to the very end. They updated us on everything from whats free in the bar and what not. Provided us all the help. The room cleaning service was prompt and never did we have to remind them of something that was left to do at their end. Swimming Pool at the roof top was well appreciated. 3 mins walk to the beach. 15 mins walk to the Bangla Road and Jungcyleon shopping mall. A very good locality. Tour operators/ spas/ massage shops/ food shops all nearby. Everything that i could have wanted. The room was big, really big with a gallery.

perfect hotel, value for money, fantastic location, friendly staff.It was above my expectation, close to very clean beach 3min. Close to shopping and night life 10 min walking distance. Lot of good restaurants ((local, European , Arabic)

Very small swimming pool (but once the beach near no need for pool) No Gym and if u want u have to go to NAP Hotel (2min) walking distance and 200baths per visit

- Great, simple yet very comforting ! - Worth the price we paid ! - Very freindly and welcoming staff. - Spacious rooms ! - Shower and toilet were seperate. - Free minibar ( " refilled " everyday ) - Complimentary wifi access ( good speed ) - Security personnel at the entrance. - Close to the beach ( 2-3 mins walk ) yet away from the noise. - Market, exchange sevices and convenient stores are 5 mins away.

- 45 mins drive from the airport ( but its worth the drive ! ) - Blankets were dirty but replaced immediatly after asking. - Small swiming pool. - Some noise in the mornings due to construction works during our stay. - Dont use your credit or debit cards, PAY CASH !! the money was deducted from our account, but the staff told us it wasnt, and we had to pay in cash again when checking out. The money was " REFUNDED " to our account 2 weeks after checking out.

The staff are all friendly and helpful. Appreciated a maintenance guy who automatically help us carry our bag to the lift when we opened our room door 503 even though it is not his duty to do so. All staff greet us with smile and one bell boy who help push our bag from the nap to the sea as the tuk tuk drop us off wrongly at the nap. Did not manage to thank him as he left our bag at the reception & went back to the nap to help other guest. Love their concept of saving the environment and the shampoo/body wash is environmental friendly and nice smell. Service is good and value for money. Love the pool which used salt instead of chroline (not sure spelling correct). Definitely will stay there again.

The sea signages shall have an arrow to point to the back as pretty embarrasing to be at the nap reception and was told my hotel is at the other end. Haha

Great location, only 3 mins walk to the beach. Nice buffet breakfast, big room. Good value for the money. Will definitely go back there if we visit PAtong again.

I like the location of the hotel. Once you get to know the surrounding area..its easy to find basic needs there. It was low season when we visited..it makes things even better for us. 2 times when we used to the pool and only 2 of us using it.

I think the hotel should provide free tuk tuk to the nearest or favorite place for tourist. Dont ever use tuk tuk unless you are sure! I was charge thb350 for a less then 5 min journey! Its just becoz I didnt know how to get there. Called the hotel before that and they said the hotel did not provide drop off service. Another thing is, the bed / mattress is a bit hard and I suffer back pain after 2 days sleeping on it.
