Rooms, personeel was friendly
Pool is top small to hang arround during the day, Gym needs a refurbishment. Breakfast was nothing special
- very good choice for a short stay - good location
Staff were so helpful. Pool and grounds beautiful and good breakfast choice. Nice room.
Little bit of a walk to the main areas. But lots of interesting things to see on the way
Location, very clean, friendly manager
Some staff very cold
Small hotel in the old part of town. Rooms were very quiet, nice and spacious, good air conditioning, be it a little cold! pool and surrounds were lovely and there was a good daily cleaning service. breakfast was nice but there was limited variety
if you like a quiet area of town it would suit, it is a bit away from the markets and other touristy parts. Staff was professional but I felt there was a lack of going the extra distance for their guests. Nobody offered to carry bags on arrival, and no one showed real interest in the guests during the stay. When I left there was no helping with luggage and not even a good bye. Except the manager, he was very friendly and helped me when I had trouble with an ATM in town.
Staff were superb. Really friendly. Pool and grounds gorgeous. Bedroom spacious, clean and well equipped- iPod dock and 2 channels with English films.
Hotel was a short tuk tuk ride from centre. Wasn't really a problem for us though as the ride home became a highlight of our night!
Exceptional friendliness and helpfulness of all Staff, especially Nong the Manager. Super efficient with everything making the Holiday a real pleasure.Exceptional value for money, one of the best Hotels we have stayed at anywhere in the world. Very good cooked Breakfast included in price, with 3 choices of eggs, toast/croissant and bacon/sausage, fruit juice, coffee/tea, fresh fruit. Good size, clean pool with great waterfall into it. Good size Fridge, huge Bed, Safety Box and free air conditioning. Good size room space. Free TV. sations
Nothing. The Hotel and Staff could not be faulted.
This is a delightful hotel in the Old Town of Chiang Mai. The street where you find this hotel is a sweet side street where you find a fee other guesthouses, some small offices, a cafe or two and a silversmith. There are many street food options nearby and one of the main temples to visit is just a give minute walk away. I also like how far it was from the neon lights of the lively bars around the night market. It is a more calm and colourful area which I wouldn't have necessarily discovered if it wasn't for staying at the hotel.
If you want to spend time down by the river or near thenigjt market then this may be a little far from that kind of activity and from the lively part of town. Though it's walkable in around 20 minutes max.
Great location and good standard of hotels etc. If you are travelling tho and not wanting to spend much time in the hotel then it might be slightly on the expensive side.
Slightly expensive for considering what else is available.
Good breakfast (once you got it), nice cozy pool, wifi works great. For this price range relativly good gym.
Waited at the breakfast forever until I finally got something to eat
The staff very friendly. ..location ok..but nice room , we'll kept and quiet....
Everything was good...
This is a cute hotel with all facilies, well decorated garden, breakfast is good with several options.
This hotel rate is still quite high comparing with others around. And the air condintioner is a bit noisy that may bother you. You need to enter WIFI password every time you are back to room, not very convinient.
The staff were incredibly helpful! The rooms are very nice especially for the price. I highly recommend this hotel.
Lovely place and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast by the pool was peaceful and very nice.
The swimming pool is a bit small, but still very nice and great to have a pool available at the end of a hot day.
good internet pleasant landscaping good wifi
Excellent staff, always helpful and very informative. The Lodge is located on a quiet side street in the heart of Old Town. We were able to walk to pretty much anywhere we wanted to go. So convenient!
We had a very good time at The Twenty Lodge, the staff is really helpful and welcoming, breakfast was delicious, I loved the design of the rooms and outdoor areas and the location is great.
Very charming, beautiful garden, kind staff, comfortable bed, and the best manager of any hotel we've visited, he was always helpful, charming, friendly, and the hotel is very efficiently run,
Staff very helpful
Pool extremely over chlorinated. A common Thai problem
Loved the refreshing salt water pool, the friendly staff, the comfortable bed.
The mosquitoes (a net would have helped), the breakfast was a bit meagre. We would have preferred to have access to toast making.
No mosquito screens
The hotel is very close to main attractions and staff is helpful if you want to take some tours near Chiang Mai. Breakfast is very good and big, you can choose from thai and european dishes and you also have fruits, beverages, cereals and yogurts. The bathroom is really beatiful, but when you take a shower everything is wet cause there is no curtain. Be careful until the floor dries- it dries quickly.
Maybe the price could be about 500 baht lower... But if you can afford- the hotel is very good for that price
Totally flawless. The owner is a really great guy and very helpful. Lovely staff, beautiful room, quality breakfast. Quiet location but easily walkable or a short tuktuk ride to city markets.
I can honestly say there is nothing we didnt like about this place!
This is a beautiful, small hotel located within the old city walls. The wifi was fast, the room was comfortable, and I liked the cook-to-order breakfast each morning. I would definitely stay here again.
