Beatiful house, big clean room, breakfast is very nice.

A bit of far away from the night market.

The hotel has a nice environment, even prepared a cake for our honeymoon! Really considerate! Nice swimming pool, and small garden. Quiet place in the old town.

A bit far from the old town city, but it is still nice for us to rent a motocycle.

iPod dock is convenient for my iPhone. Breakfast is good though less choice. Have spare pillows for you to choice. Location is good, just 10 min walk to Sun walking street. The staff is helpful especially the hotel manager, he is very nice and hurmorous.

Wifi is not stable and always need login again. Swimming pool is too small to swim.

The environment is so great,the bathroom is very cute. Also the stuff here is enthusiastic. Only one dissatisfied is the crowing of the cock.

This is a charming little boutique hotel, the rooms are beautiful. It is also in a great location.

Fantastic location on a quiet street inside the old city - walking distance to many attractions. Beautiful property - large clean rooms, lovely garden where breakfast is served, and a small pool perfect for relaxing in the heat of the day. Friendly, helpful staff

Service lacking, nicest person working there was the after hours security guard that didn't even speak English.

I had a wonderful stay at The Twenty Lodge. The room was spotless, facitlities excellent and the staff particularly helpful and friendly. A dip in the pool at the end of a hot day was a joy. It is also close to many of temples and the Sunday market. I thoroughly recommend it.

The bathroom floor was quite slippery when wet.

Although within the city walls it's far from major attraction (night market, restaurants) not much space for breakfast for all customers in case of rain and hotel fully booked

Hotel staff was helpful, always with a smile in their faces, which we apreciated so much after some bad experiences in Bangkok. We didn't use the gym, but it seems great :) The swimming pool place in the garden was lovely, and breakfast was good enough.

It may be a courtain in the shower, just to not have all the bathroom wet

We spend three days here. It is a great hotel to live a slow life in Chiangmai.Everything's great!

It is small morden hotel so get you very warm feeling. The bed is comfortable in very clean room. The breakfast is good.

Good location, simple but nicely furnished room with modern bathroom and flat screen with reasonable selection of foreign channels.

We found the 20 Lodge to be much to our liking for our week-long stay in the old city area of Chiang Mai. The small lush grounds are immaculately kept, complete with a small water feature including koi and pool. A beautiful first impression. Check in was fast and efficient, but left us with tourist questions of restaurant recommendations, wifi access etc not easy to obtain, perhaps due to a limited ability to speak english. The accommodations are modern Thai chic, and the deluxe room we had was very spacious for 2 people, complete with a leather sofa, flat screen TV and mini-fridge. Coffee and bottled water were available in the room as well as amenities such as robes, slippers, toiletries, including toothbrushes. Cleaning services were provided daily and usually when we stepped out to enjoy their breakfast that was included in the price. And what a breakfast! It could be taken in the garden area reserved for this or by the pool, with a complete array of western dishes, including made-to-order omelets and asian fare as well. The fresh fruit, yogourt and cereals offset the heavier items. But it is the coffee that will remain our favourite of any we tasted in Thailand. Freshly brewed Thai espresso (à volonté) was the perfect start to our day. What made this hotel the most memorable for us, was the special help we received from the Manager when we needed to seek medical attention. He helped us with calls to our insurance provider and even drove us to the hospital in his personal vehicle. That went a long way to allay our concerns. We definitely recommend the 20 Lodge for couples and based on the other guest comments for families as well.

Internet access could be improved, kept dropping the signal. Talked to other guests and seems that only effected us, our room was furthest from the router So ask for a room close to the wireless router if important

Nice, modern rooms. Good quality bed linens etc. Very helpful staff on check in, very friendly especially the breakfast staff. Gorgeous landscaped gardens and water features.

Very small hotel which struggles to cater even when only half full at breakfast time. Not enough tables, cutlery and crockery. Buffet area too small as there are 3 tables in a small room. Buffet unable to cope with the quantities that it is already holding. Only other complaints would be lack of a space or shelving in bathroom to put toiletries and no hand towel & facewasher. Small pool area with hardly anywhere to sit and the gym being a wasted area only used by wayward children with parents who dont control them. Sadly would have loved to stay the extra week & half but TL not up for the job. Perfect for short stays.

The room was very nice, all the comforts you would expect for the price. Location is great, within walking distance to most main sights in Chiang Mai.

Hotel staff is very friend , the hotel manager allow us early check in . Deluxe room is very big and inside the room got everything you need .Breakfast is very delicious , sitting area beside the swimming pool is very beautiful .

Wifi always disconnect , you need to key in user name and password many time when the wifi is off line.

This hotel is very beautiful and clean .I like the Thai Breakfast , fried rice and rice soup is very very delicious , but the location is not very close to Tapae gate you need to take Tuk Tuk or Song Theaw go over there.The bed and pillow was very good for sleep and the water for shower also good.

In een rustige zijstraat, maar op loop/fietsafstand van de bezienswaardigheden en sunday night market. Vriendelijk personeel. Prima kamer. Tip van een vorige bezoeker is zeker an te raden. Eten in Birdnest restaurantje vlakbij is heerlijk. Fiets te huur op 10 stappen van het hotel voor 50 bath voor een dag.

Ontbijt is op bestelling en duurt soms wat lang. Ontbijt verder wel in orde.

酒店小环境布置的不错，老板很热情，有问必答。房间打扫的也挺干净

我住的二楼8号房间，空调对着床吹很不舒服，游泳池真的是忒迷你了。出门不方便，附近很少有TUTU经过。- 但是最最让我不开心的还是早餐，一个套餐做了半个小时，还送错桌，1.5米长的餐台上的盘子都是空的，不过一共也就三个水果盘子。水果只放一轮，吃完就没加过，还好，酸奶还会加- ，我们只好一人吃了三盒酸奶。 餐厅的那位服务员全程无笑脸。
