The Twin Lotus Hotel  

Far better than what I was expecting. Great value and the cocktails are great in the lobby.

We were really impressed with our room for the money we paid. Nice and spacious, comfy bed and cleaned every day. Gym and pool were great, clean. Breakfast included was great with a huge selection of foods. We also had lunch and dinner at the restaurant and food was great, good value for money! I will probably never go back to nakhon si thammarat but if I had to, would stay at twin lotus again, good for 1 or 2 nights when travelling through this part of thailand.

The location of this hotel is quite poor, I was under the impressipn it was quite central however this is not the case. Also very little english spoken which was quite challenging when we were trying to book transport to our next destination.

Nothing the hotel is old ,the Room smelly, breakfast cold, no body speaks English

Old but decent, not that clean but to live with, the rooms are Big with thin walls. The lobby is so pretty you could brag about it

Very elegant and spacous lobby. Confortable room and bathroom. Excellent fitness room and swimming pool. Value for money was very good

Really nothing to complain about except a very minor thing was that the sliding door was jamed and could not open or close

Very big and comfortable room. Everything worked fine (TV, shower, airconditioning etc.). Hearty breakfast.

The hotel is far away from city centre. The only tranport to reach centre - is expensive minibus of Hotel.

The staff were friendy and the room service was good

The room was very average. The wallcovering was torn and stained in places, the 'low level' sofa was laughably small and stained. Other items of furniture were stained and the curtains were filthy and grey. There was nothing in the room that provided a guide for the guest regarding the facilities in the room (for instance how to use the TV and what Channels were available, when the Spa or swimming pool was open). Also, the room's 'mini-bar' was only stocked with 2 bottles of Cola. Finally, I found the staff at reception unhelpful and unfriendly. When checking out I was not asked if I enjoyed my stay or even given the courtesy of a smile when I paid my bill.

I like the value for the price as well as the location. The breakfast buffet if part of the room price is excellent - much better than breakfasts at other nst hotels. And, while we paid for a lesser room we were upgraded to a Suite - outstanding!

The second day we advised the Hotel the bathroom ceiling was leaking from the shower in the room above us. While we thought they repaired the problem we were surprised that a a couple days latter the leak reemerged. And, while I believe a concession, we tried a Thai Foot Massage. The Spa staff either did not like having to do a foot massage or they were not trained properly. Unlike the steady pressure I have received elsewhere in Thailand and throughout Asia, the women were jerky with movement and inconsistent with pressure. My wife said the woman who was doing her while doing the ending head and shoulder pulled her hair and seemed not to care. Last time we go to that Spa.

Very good and rich breakfast. Very good value for money.

ควรมีรถตู้บริการไปตามจุด เช่น ตลาด หรือแหล่งวัฒนธรรม อาจจะออกเป็นรอบคิดเงินรายหัว เพราะราคารถเหมาแพงเกินไป

Sehr gut gelegen

Es war alt, schmutzig und abgewohnt. Pers. spricht kaum englisch. Beim Essen werden Vor- Hauptspeisen zusammen serviert, oder einer ist schon fertig und der andere hat noch nichts bekommen. Usw........

chambres vastes, propres, et lumineuses, très correctement meublées. Hall d'accueil très vaste et animé, agréable.Coin café sympathique avec pâtisseries.Possibilité de se faire monter des repas dans les chambres par le room service.Très bon rapport qualité prix. Service de blanchisserie efficace, rapide et peu couteux. Prix promotionnels très intéressants pour les chambres. Animations musicales multiples et agréables.Grand restaurant avec une cuisine variée. Buffet international. Navette aéroport pratique.

Hôtel loin du centre ville. Communications difficiles(absence de taxis) hors saison touristique. Navettes possibles par l hôtel mais à retenir à l'avance et relativement couteuses. Personnel très sympathique mais peu ou pas anglophone!

สถานที่ตั้งสังเกตง่าย เดินทางมาตอนกลางคืนหาไม่ยากเลยครับ
