the staff was amazing and very kind, made you feel wright at home. The villa was well maintained,clean,and comfortible. I will return for another stay, and will plan to stay longer next time.

I would have said everything had it not been for the accident I had at the hotel. Due to the fact that no one did anything to help me despite the guest relations book stating that during any accident the hotel will arrange for transportation to the hospital.

I fell and hit my head in three places on the side of the boat. I fell because there is not enough lighting at the pier, the duty manager admitted they hadn't fixed some broken lights and I was not the first guest to have fallen. I had to be taken to hospital for checks. No one helped us, no one checked on how was I was the rest of the 4 days we were there. We asked many times to see a manager and were told that the Tuesday we were leaving the general manager would come see us, nothing happened. Due to my fall we had to pay for the hospital bill, taxi to the hospital, loss of my Gucci sunglasses, torn pants and shirt. The hotel offered nothing.

The place was spacious, peaceful, private and relaxing. Staff were friendly and helpful. Only a few minutes water-taxi ride away but it felt like a world away. The villas were well designed to capture full view of the sky/sea and beautiful sunset. The sofa and bed were very comfortable. Overall, we had a great time and it was a great stay. We made a good choice.

There was no phone, you need to walk out everytime you need ice or order any room or massage service. The pillows were not too comfortable. The TV reception was bad and they could not fix it. Fortunately our trip was short, otherwise it would be rather unbearable to have no TV throughout the stay especially when it gets too hot to go outdoors. Good thing they had DVD though.

The villas were roomy, comfortable and well situated. The resort was quiet and gave a feeling of personal space. All staff members were very friendly and attentive.

A lovely luxury hotel that gave us a very relaxing 10 days holiday. The staff were excellent, genuinely warm & friendly & welcoming of our 2 tearaways, 5 & 8 yrs. The accomodation was tip top.

A kid's club was advertised in the hotel info at Booking.com however there was no such facility at the hotel.

The staff were exceptional and made every effort to ensure our stay was the best experience. The beachside setting was incredible and our villa was totally luxurious. We felt so relaxed and very spoilt to stay in such a wonderful place. Loved the food at the resort.

Quiet & Serene. Excellent place to relax & enjoy nature. Hotel staff are very helpful and polite.

Bath towels should be replaced everyday and not at the end of our 3 days' stay.

la grande villa bien équipée et sa piscine privée. La navette gratuite vers Kho Rang Yai une île voisine avec une plage paradisiaque (malheureusement qu'une fois par jour). Les sorties snorkelling organisées par l'équipe de l'hôtel. La vue superbe sur la baie de Phang Nga

La plage privée devant les villas tant vantée se révèle être boueuse et impropre à la baignade. Le restaurant est très limité, liaison internet en panne,

家族はプライベートプールが気に入り、非常に満足していました。部屋も非常に広く内装も豪華で朝焼けが非常- にきれいで環境的にもすばらしいです。難点は食事がやや不便で、ホテルのレストラン意外は船に乗ってLem- Himに行った後、Lem Himに1件レストランがある他は、バイクタクシーなどで町へ出る必要があります。人数が多い場合には、予- めホテルでタクシーを頼むことになります。また干潮になると、ホテル前の桟橋が使えず島の反対側の桟橋へホ- テルのトゥクトゥクで行く必要があり、さらにLen Him桟橋の乗り降りも大変になりますので、潮目には注意してください。ホテルには小さな売店が１つあるだ- けで、買い物などは不便ですが、部屋には予めボトルの水やコーヒーやお菓子などがStarter Packということで用意されていますので、最低限の飲料水などは確保できます。 町から離れた離島ということで不便さはありますが、大きな部屋やプライベートプール静かできれいな環境など- 、ホテルでのんびりしたい人にはお勧めです。逆に、町へ出て遊びたい人にはお勧めしません。
