We liked the design of the hotel, the staff were very friendly and helpful, it is in a good location to get to the attractions of Bangkok, they offer a taxi service to the airport for a good price.

It's no-frills hotel with a friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms and good breakfast. Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable and everything just works, including the airco. If you spend most of the time visiting Bangkok then this is perfect.

It is an unusual hotel in its design which makes it an interesting place to stay. It is very central for various sightseeing places including the Grand Palace which is a maximum of 10 mins walk away. There is a cafe at the bottom of the hotel which is convenient for snacks and drinks and they offer free wifi there. The rooms were comfortable and spacious and the staff were very friendly and helpful giving us recommendations and suggestions of where to go and helping us to travel around.

Although it is a great location for sightseeing the hotel seems to be in a more residential area than some of the other hotels so it lets you see the streets of Bangkok and there are some interesting shops and eateries but it can make you feel a little uneasy as a tourist.

The design was contemporary, clean and designer. The breakfast was good and staff were helpful. It was close to koa San road

The cleanliness is very good, and it's nearby the hottest nightlife are in BKK, around 10 mins walking so there won't be as noisy as the exact nightlife area.

There are some staffs there is not very good, they keep giving us wrong info regarding places of interest. But there are one guy is very kind, he is helpful.

The design is stark and minimal, but for me, I really found this interesting and positive. The price is extremely good value for money - for 30 euros, you have free wifi and an excellent clean room which is within walking distance of many of the key sights - buddhas, temples, khao san and china town. I would say the location is unbeatable and in a trip of 5 days and 4 hotels - we stayed in the warehouse twice. We unfortunately got food poisoning during our stay there, which knocked us out for a whole day. As unfortunate as that was - i was thankful that we were in such a clean and well maintained hotel when home comforts are really needed! Mai was also a very good member of staff and inquired as to our well being which I appreciated.

It appeared to me that there were some hookers working outside late at night. Not generous on the toilet roll

Great industrial design! Cool and friendly staff. Very clean rooms, good cafe/restaurant on the lobby. Quit place nearby kho san.

This is an excellent well-designed new hotel with an industrial theme. The cafe was excellent with an overwhelming choice for breakfast. The room and bathroom were clean and came with all the essentials. It's a gem in a chaotic part of Bangkok.

The neighborhood of Boonsiri is slightly shady at night and I always got a taxi back to the hotel as I was traveling alone.

The rooms are great, spacious, very modern, very comfortable, great shower, quiet in the back rooms. Delicious breakfast. Staff are extremely friendly & helpful, they know the area very well, book taxis for u, all the services. Lots of street activity & close to palace & touristy spots

I loved the boutique vibe of this hotel. It was so fresh and funky for the price. The daily breakfast available was great, particularly the Pan Eggs... YUM I would totally recommend this place for any traveller, looking for a safe, clean and welcoming hotel.

The hotel is located close to all the main activities but still remot eanogh to avoid all rhe noise and have a good night sleep. the staff was lovely and very helpful! The room was tidy and clean. Brakefast was good and you can even take away on the morning you leave (of you leave early). I was surprised how good the wifi was!

The only bad thing I can think of is that you wouldn't want to go alon in that street in the midle of the night...

We loved the central position (closed both to main attractions and night life road) and its personal design. They provide also very good breakfast and the staff is always available, smiling and protective.

The design itself sometimes is not so useful, especially in the bathroom where spaces are not so well organised.

A little far from the center.

Very friendly and helpful staff, great food in the hotel restaurant, excellent location. Rooms are really clean and we liked the "industrial" design of the rooms.

The streets around are extremly noisy at night. The hotel was just great, but I wouldn´t stay there again, because of the noise.

The hotel is located in a very good location close to Khao San Rd. The room was comfortable to stay in although the bed on wheels took a little getting used to! Breakfast was amazing.

The street outside are room was very noisy. I felt the hotel was a little bit expensive for what we received.
