“ I went to a concert at Bitec Bangna. I walked from the hotel to the concert in less than 10 minutes. Staffs are very friendly and polite. The bed is comfy, the room is quite. I could have a peaceful sleep after the concert. ”

I went to a concert at Bitec Bangna. I walked from the hotel to the concert in less than 10 minutes. Staffs are very friendly and polite. The bed is comfy, the room is quite. I could have a peaceful sleep after the concert.

Hotel is excellent value for money, fantastic bathroom and good sized apartments. Very fast broadband and quality Satellite Channels tv (45 only 4 Thai Language). Nice swimming pool and the staff are very helpful and friendly. If you're looking for a base in Bangkok for a week or more I would recommend this hotel. Breakfast is ok . Hotel location is close to the airport but a bit far from the city centre also the hotel is a taxi ride to the nearest bts station.

We stayed at Thomson Residence because I read the many good reviews from other previous guests, and were they absolutely right about this hotel. Staffs were very friendly, even the security guards were ever so helpful. We didn't get to swim and try out their fitness gym, but the rooms were nice and clean. Room attendants were very courteous as well. I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone who's traveling to Bangkok even if they don't have to attend any conventions in BITEC (which is very near to the hotel, about 300 meters = 7 minutes walk.) Thank you and hope to stay in this hotel again soon.

Yeniliği ve temizliği harika. Fuar alanına çok yakın olması avantaj fakat diğer her yere uzak ve kopuk. Yemek yemeye bile taxi ile gitmeniz gerekiyor ki Bangkong 'ta taxi bulmak bilhassa akşam saatlerinde imkansız. Personelin ingilizce bilgisi yeterli değil.

设施及卫生程度Good facilities and clean environment 信用卡刷卡要收3%手续费，不接受行李寄存。Credit card to charge a 3% fee, do not accept luggage storage.

The place is peaceful, quiet, and homey. It is secured. The staff can not communicate very well in English. They are not hospitable and accommodating. It appears that there is no privacy because the staff looks at the room through its monitor while at the counter. Food service is quite a problem.
