ホテルスタッフはフレンドリー。２４時間対応してくれます。周辺には観光地有りません。インターネットは問題無し。次も泊まります。 |

空港の近くですが飛行機の音は聞こえなかった。 エレベーターが無いので４階の部屋まで行き来するのが面倒だった。 朝食の量が少ないのが難点であった。 |

スタッフは明るく感じよかった。朝食も既定の時間より早い時間でも用意してくれた、しかも機嫌よく。 シーツは前使用者から取り替えていなかったのではないか。 夜別の部屋のドアの開け閉め時どたんどたんと大きな音が聞こえていた。廊下の人声も。 |

遅い到着、早朝の出発にもかかわらず、送迎もきちんと対応してくれました。スタッフも大変フレンドリーで好感が持てました。部屋も清潔で良かった。 シャワーの温度が低かった |

hotel is 10 minutes away from the airport. their hotel staffs were pleasant. the room was really clean (except for a few mosquitoes) |

Very helpful and friendly. I stayed there last year as well. It is lovely to get there after a long flight and relax in a clean roo. Staff are fantastic |

The opportunity to relax with a stopover in a peaceful setting. It was a quiet location but close to the airport for access The Staff were efficient and friendly. I found the menu a bit restricted fora western diet. |

Very convenient and the transfer staff from and back to the airport were very helpful. I was in transit to Chiang Rai and the overnight sleep was very good. I would use this Hotel again next time I need an overnight stop in Bangkok. Good value. Breakfast needs attention. |

The room and facilities in it were fantastic and the room was very clean. The staff were friendly and the food at the onsite restaurant was lovely and very reasonably priced. There was also a spa although we didn't use this. It was in a random spot but had a bus stop right near it so there were transport links to Bangkok and as we were only staying there ready for a flight the next day this wasn't a problem. |

The conveniently short trip to the airport. Ideal for overnight stays The building site next door. The drivers are very loud at night and prevented me from falling asleep |

On first arrival our impression,the staff are very young & a little inexperienced. They turned out to be helpful and cheerful,and although the hotel was in a run down area we we're given all the help we needed to get to the city. |

The proximity to the airport, the cleanliness of the room, and also the free transfer from airport to hotel. The fact that the spa was closed and that no one told us in advance. The poor quality of english spoken by staff. |

proximity of the airport the first morning i have to go to bangkok the suggest me a taxi from the hotel he charged me 3 time the price for hotel to bangkok example meter ta xi cost 250 bath with the meter he charge me 750 bath for the same run. |
