Man burde kunne bruge balkonen på standad værrelserne, men i stedet er den lukket af med vinduer som kun kan åbnes en smule, og sidder for højt oppe. Balkonens inddækning er pga. larm fra bar-gaden |

Throughout our whole stay the staff were always courteous and incredibly helpful. The room was consistently cleaned to a high standard and the buffet breakfast was well worth the extra. The deluxe jacuzzi room was a great deal. No ironing facilities in the room. |

It was my first stay at your hotel and my wife and I did enjoy our stay. My friend and his wife (from Australia) were also with us and stayed at the hotel, and they enjoyed it too. May I suggest that you include a free wireless internet connection in the room to guests. This would not cost you very much, and would certainly enhance your hotel service. |

clean , breakfast , bathroom dont go there ,next to hotel make a new hotel very noisy all the day . also next to hotel there is an open bar very noisy all the night . if dont like noisy dont go there . also superior room very small and very small balcony . there is not coffee tea maker . and the refrigerator very small full of beers (cannot buy something from out shopping put in refrigerator ). the swimming pool in the top is small too . most deep 2 metres they dont permit jump in swimming pool . no guard for children . the swimming pool is for relax ,small for swimming . i think its a new 3 star hotel is not 4 star hotel . i dont suggest this hotel |

The hotel is fantastic! Luxurious without being expensive, and conveniently located without being noisy. The perfect hotel for either tourists or lazy holiday. This is the only hotel in Pattaya I have repeated my stay at and will do so again if I travel this way. |

When we reached the hotel for check-in, the receptionist told us to wait for 30mins, i wonder why??? The reason was the room not ready yet, why??? By right, we suppose to check-in the hotel around 2-3pm but because of the flight delay so we reach the hotel was around 6pm. But why the room not ready yet??? I think they should improve in this matter to avoid the guest wait for long time. Overall i still happy with the service and the hotel facilities. |

Friendly staff and good location for Beach Road and Walking Street. Live music from beerbars at rear of hotel should end earlier, it goes on until 3am. Building work just started on site right next door to hotel, begins before 9am in the morning. |

Friendly and helpful staff.Nice,clean and big room with a balcony, and ours was even with a jacuzzi. Just a 5 min walk to the beach, close to shopping centre and restaurants. Breakfast was included and it was pretty nice, with a variety of choice. |

This is a very nice hotel, excellently located, very well organized and managed, singles and couples friendly, at a convenient price. Rooms are fairly large, clean and tidy (slippers and robes for use in the room are also provided); buffet breakfast is outstanding (great variety & great taste); the pool on the roof is also a big plus. Internet is paid but I didn’t use, so can’t comment. Personnel is friendly and helpful; I very much enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay here again There is some music sound coming from the nearby bars, reverberating late into the night. But hey…that’s Pattaya, where people come to party and have fun. So, really nothing to grumble about. Everything was cool. |

Very nice, modern hotel with clean, spacious room and modern bathroom. Excellent location and wonderful staff! I did not receive a wake-up call the morning of my departure; the staff claimed it was an automated system and they would check it. This could have cause major problems at the airport but luckily I'd scheduled plenty of flexible time. |

The room was fine. I liked the swimming pool on the roof top. Good hotel for single travellers. I would not recommend this hotel for families with children. The music from surrounding bars does not stop before 3 am. |
