The location is really nice. Far enough away from the noise to be quiet but close enough that getting around is simple and easy. It was disappointing that the hotel was under rennovation and that was not conveyed somehow to the customer prior to booking. It would have changed my mind about staying there this trip. While the hotel is nice and staff is helpful, the difference in this hotel and others in the area question the difference in price. That being said, I would stay here again but it would not be the only place in Pattaya I stayed.

Very pleasant and polite staff. They have been helpfull from the moment of check in .Receptionist girl by helping us to move to another room, cleaning stuff, bell boy, doorman, and staff on breakfast.English language knowledge was preety good.Room service was Ok. Closed swimming pool without notice on website or phone during booking the same day was unpleasant surprise.Lucky we had room upgrade becouse we had some watter leckage in bathroom of our room by arrival so the big jacuzy in other room has help us to forget about the swimming pool being closed. However the party on the roof top (the ocasion was opening a Tim Bar next to hotel and in their managment) was only for bar girls and guy's who came to pattaya with only 1 purpose. No place for couples or family. The biggest complain goes to the manager who order to the the staff to remove all from roof top terace at midnight till prox. 2 am.We had room at 6 th floor exacly under the terace so the noice was unposible to ignore or even to fall in sleep. They schould have done it in the morning.I realy don't know what have they been thinking but job of managment is to make posible to make the guest's to enjoy stay and have good night sleep and not cause trouble by them self when the drunken bar girls and potential customers didn't do it.Breakfast was Ok but still needs improvment. All hotel is preety "tired" and has for sure seen better day's.Needs serious renovation (specialy the elevators). The pictures on the website are very tricky compairing with the reality. However in my opinion it is not a place for families or couples that wish realy to spend some romantic weekend.More for shopping weekend or Pattaya night life experiance and all that comes with it...

Their policy for customer's night time visitors - no additional joiner fee or any hassle. New rooms were under construction and causing noise. Wi-Fi was most time of day terrible slow for remote working.

Convenient location at good price. Staffs were very friendly. Pool was closed for renovation. Building exterior also under renovation making a lot of noice and dust. Washroom had no shower curtain and incomplete toiletries. Pubs in the area were very noisy until very late.

The rooms are reasonably modern with flat screen tv and decent selection of programmes. The bed was really big and comfortable. Bathroom was a big plus with seperate shower and big bath tub. Staff were friendly enough and always smiling. Unfortunatly there is an extension to the hotel which means major building work. The outside of the hotel is full of building material and trucks, not very attractive. My room was away from the building work but I was still able to hear construction noise. Due to the building work, plants and furniture were piled up in hallways, stairs and the pool area around the hotel in full view of clients staying there. Of course booking.com failed to inform me of the building work at any time and the hotel web site was conveniently not working before I made my reservation. Not sure if it was down to building work but the hotel was very musty and lacked atmosphere. I am sure that after all renovations are completed then it will be very nice and would probably deserve a higher marking than what I have scored for my visit. I would recommend that you stay clear of staying at tim hotel for at least the next two months (mid September) when hopefully everything will be completed

It is not far from the beach, only about 7 min walk. Booking.com says is a 4 star hotel, which actully is not. It is 3 star hotel, by the way the hote staff which work in the reciption ask me to buy them a pizza!! I do not recommend this hotel. I have paid 10800 baht for topwo nights ( very expensive ).

New very good hotel with spacious rooms. Good location at a few distance off the noisy streets of Pattaya. Hard to find hotel - too small signboard on the mainstreet. They try to get from monye for everything - from local calls to internet.
