Friendliness of staff. Quiet location but close to main tourist spots. Budget price Cleanliness of facilities.

High bath that had to be stepped over to have a shower & slippery bathroom floor when getting out of shower/bath. Everything else as great!!!

1] no lift 2] both myself and my daughter were sick after eating the breakfast, under cooked eggs 3] a similar standard room in Pattaya would be 500 baht, not the 1500 baht charged 4] the room had a kitchen but no utensils to cook with, no saucepan, frying pan etc a waste of space

Everything, friendly, caring staff, helpful receptionists with good humour, great cook at breakfast & great cleaners who were always happy & greeted us with a smile! This hotel is like one big happy family & I would return tomorrow given the chance! Hotel cleanliness could not be faulted.

Having to step over the built up bath to have a shower & subsequently getting out of the high bath to step on a rather slippery bathroom floor, only complaint I had but good things made up for that inconvenience!.

Great atmosphere kept by all staff. Location best you could imagine. Right in the old town, few hundred meters from the main gate to the old city. Rooms cleaned well every day. You can buy all kind of trips in the reception. 10 meters on the right there is super massage place "Lavender massage". Got there best thai massage so far. Used before Bangkok and Chiang Rai treatments. But here was the best. Fresh breakfast every day.

Having pool in here would be great after a hot day in the city. Bathrooms need some freshing up.

Clean, comfy rooms, TV, aircon and everything you would want from a budget hotel, plus a nice balcony. Great value for money and 2 minutes from the centre of the city.

    Breakfast was a bit limited

Really good location with friendly, helpful staff. Great B&B for anyone on a budget, Loved it.

Not an issue for us but there is no lift, so anyone who struggles with stairs would have a problem. Shower was rather low anyone relatively tall will struggle.

Good located hotel in the Old City

We had a room on the 1st floor and I woke up every day at 7am because of the noise at reception and cafe. We also didn't liked the man that is working there, just ripped off by proposing transportation to the bus station

-Great location in a quiet central location. -Breakfast was pretty good. -Spacious Room. -Room was clean. -Tour information.

-No Elevator -No screens on common windows (full of mosquitos) -Cleaning supplies and misc junk piled up in hallways throughout, no attention to detail. -Broken shower head in our room. Piece that mounted the handheld shower to the wall was broken, causing water to spray everywhere. -Old gross bathroom, dirty shower curtain. -Old dirty used slippers. -Balcony is VERY small. -Furniture and room was very worn and scratched up, outdated. The worst part that sent us packing early was the bed. It was so hard that it felt like sleeping on a cardboard box on the tile floor. I am fine with firm beds but couldn't handle it.

Well located near to Tapei Gate, walking street and markets. Quiet in the evening. Selection of cheap but good restaurants near by.

Poor breakfast. No lift. Difficult to find in first instance.
