The room was fairly big. Breakfast was good. Is big hotel with great potention, but it really needs freshing up,some fresh paint and some new wallpaper can already make a difference.

Location near city and temples. Good Buffet dinner Baht 230. Old grouptour hotel. Desinterested staff. If you want to avoid the smell of 30 years you must book luxury room, nothing luxury but newly renovated

A good hotel, good rooms, Bad reception on the english tv chanels. A good selection of food for breakfast, both Thai and English. Wifi was poor most of the time in the bedroom, did not try downstairs in the main reception area.

Very run down appearance in hallways, ceilings collapsed from water damage. Carpets old and a general musty smell throughout the building. The owners should decide to. Renovate or demolish. Doing nothing is not an option

The hotel is just having all what one needs and wishes, we had very comfortable room ( at the 12th floor, offering excellent view around the northern part of the city), very pleasant swimming pool (at the 5th floor!) offering tranquility and relax in the middle of bustling city centre, where the hotel offers also safe complimentary parking for cars of its visitors, the restaurant was vibrant and offered very good choice of Thai and european food, and all this we got for just really excellent price, simply unbelievably good value to stay at this hotel. Highly recommended !!

Excelente desayuno y buena ubicación. Si se quiere coger el autobús camino a Shukhothai sólo hay que andar 5 minutos, la parada está justo detrás del hotel.

Sauberes Hotel mit guten Shoppingmöglichkeiten im Topland Plaza. Zimmerservice sehr gut. Massenabfertigung an der Reception, im Restaurant an der Bar. Kein Hotel für Individualtouristen. Preis-Leistung stimmt nicht.
