Score from 84 reviews Very good
reception staff is courteous and professional
the buffet kitchen staff and the restaurant staff is poorly trained and not really polite, that was a bad change compared to our last stay
By old style, I do not mean out of date, I mean such things as doormen a plenty, staff calling elevators for you and the like. The hotel has a nice pool, the rooms spacious, the mini bar not expensive and the buffet dinner was fantastic in content and value. Best place I have stayed in Phitsanulok.
Breakfast buffet line provide much variety
hot shower is too hot even you turn the heat to low level one
Good location, professional staff, rich and good breakfast
cleaness could be improved androom should be rennovated: armchairs and carpet were spotted
Great restaurant with a vast variety of Thai & international dishes.
Hotel is a little "tired", but still a nice place for a night or 2.
very friendly and welcoming staff, great buffet dinner, nice connected room
Sometimes these old provincial hotels are good value. However, Topland was pricey for what it was, facilities were antiquated (e.g., grounded plugs hard to find in the room and, despite all the bottled drinks in the mini-bar, no bottle opener) and so over-crowded (with bus tours plying the Bangkok-Sukhotai-Chiang Mai route) that it was impossible to get any breakfast, that I would advise visitors to Phitsanulok to opt for a smaller hotel.
Breakfast has variety of food.
Smell. Felt not clean in the room might be from the carpet.
A lot of public vans and buses have parked around in front of the hotel. It is not good to take a rest. Traffic jam is also.
Good, quality hotel at very reasonable rate. Excellent breakfast choice.
Lobby bar group are dire, too loud and the place is quite dark.
Food was reasonable and inexpensive, staff were always courteous.
good location and everything OK, but only just
evening buffet food cold building generally looks tired and needs a renovation and spruce up This type of hotel can be made to reflect the grandeur of when it was first built and provide an experience of that time for travellers looking for something different
