The room was very big, clean, quiet and comfortable, great bathroom as well (which is hard to find in thailand). Also, we had an early flight and arrived at the hotel at 7 am and they had our room ready for us with no extra charge, even though the official check in time was later. I expected it to be a bit better located, we had to walk about 45 min to get to the royal palace and other tourist attractions.

Very good buffet breakfast included in price. Staffed helped facilitate local calls from front desk. Nice hotel-good value for two people sharing room, but a bit expensive for solo traveller. Had to pay for use of computer. Wifi not available in rooms. Location not great.

The staff were wonderful, friendly and very helpful. The room was spacious, modern and very clean. Great pool, great restaurants, close to major shopping, good price. Just fabulous! At first glace the district/location is not great, but then when you see the Hotel, it's almost like an oasis! Don't be put off by the street or the surrounding area, the hotel's great!!!

We find the pool the best how to relax after hot day in Bangkok. Rooms were very nice, air con very quiet. Brekfast was simple, but plenty of choice to try thai kitchen in the morning. The Khao San road can be reach within 15minutes of walk, which we find out very nice and there are plenty of 7 elevens on the way back to hotel to grap a beer or coke.

- Within walking distance of Kahosan Road and other attractions, but quiet and relaxing. - it has a nice terrace for breakfast and drinks - clean sheets - Breakfast wasn't extraordinary - no soap near the sink (soap was only in the shower dispenser); the sink was in the room and the shower and wc in a another zone of the room - uncomfortable pillows - morning noise in the interior court - slow internet connection

Nice modern place to stay. Relaxing, clean with good food and friendly staff. And the pool was a nice surprise. The Hotel is good as it is... The only problem was the location... If you know the city well then this is not a problem, otherwise you have to get a taxi or tuk-tuk to get into the tourist areas such as Khao San Road.

Good city hotel with particular interior architecture, nice rooms and a relaxing pool. Breakfast available from 6 A.M., very comfortable for early departures or tours. Not far from khao san touristic center or from sightseeing places. Not a very friendly reception. In advance payment for all nights was requested upon arrival, before even seeing the room. A 500 Baht deposit for the room key was also an annoying request, wisely by-passed by hotel manager. Some unreliable guests must have left their sign here...

The rooms are nice and modern with comfortable beds, the service is very good. The swimming pool is very nice too. One has to take a taxi to get anywhere, but it is anyhow a comfortable and inexpensive way to travel in Bangkok. The staff at desk is not tourist oriented. They could not advice us on organized trip to Erawan national park.

Services at a great rate Far from the train, the pier and the metro. You need necessarily to take a taxi or a tuk tuk. Well...a pier is still reachable..but it takes you too much time to go there to start walking around

Good breakfast (not continental or smth like that) - several dishes, vegetables, fruits, coffee, tea, toasts, jams -enough to load yourself till 2-4 PM :) Good rooms and all new furniture (only 1 old thing left), AC,fridge,haidryer,TV. The street where it stays is really nasty and oise - but hotel stays deep in the yard, so it's ok. Staff doesn't speak english enough

I appreciated being able to book at the last minute, 4 hours or so before I arrived, & having the room held for me until 11:30pm. I was also able to arrange a late book out for 2pm at no extra charge. There is also a nice substantial breakfast included & a large pool.
