Nothing, the staff were unfriendly & unhelpful. The rooms were basic & not particularly clean. Breakfast was atrociuos & the service was extremely poor! See above. Also staff were unable to advise on basic tourist info eg location of post office. |

The hospitality of the staff, and their kindness. The problem is that the corridors are smelling of cigarette smoke....and there are many standards of rates. Also the water from rain entered in my room. |

The indoor/outdoor dining area being away from the pace of the city. A peaceful area. We left our baggage there after checkout while we went to get rail tickets. We were grateful for this assistance, but were disappointed that the baggage was left in the Lobby area for anyone to take. Many people would be in our situation like ourselves and needing to leave their luggage, so a secured area would be appreciated. |

Het personeel was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam bij het beantwoorden van vragen. ER werd kosteloos omgeboekt naar een duurddere kamer om een kamer naast onze kinderen te hebben. Bij het boeken was niet vermeld dat er een renovatie gaande was en dat het zwembad (een van onze belangrijkste aspecten bij het uitzoeken van dit hotel) niet geopend was; niet zomaar een dagje maar gedurende een lange periode. Het ontbijtbuffet was, in vergelijking met andere hotels uit dezelfde prijsklasse, aan de matige kant. |

Mysigt och ett lugnt hotell. Som låg korta taxi resor till allt. MBK, sevärdheter å flygplatsen. Enda minuset är balkongerna, smutsiga och elledningarna låg rakt på golvet. |

La salle à manger à l'Extérieur Les matelas étaient tellement inconfortables que nous avons dû changer de chambre deux fois en 4 jours. Nous avons que très peu dormi, mon mari et moi. |
