Value for money, location and adjacent to one of Chiang Mai's weekend local markets
Layout of building, seem a little too accessible.
Very friendly staff and great location right by the Saturday walking market street.
Changed room due to geckos getting in but staff were great about this.
they are nice and very kind
wifi isn't good
Friendly and helpful staff who are ever willing to help. Located in a quiet lane. Very clean room in a calm garden environment, nearby to market and eating places. Thank you to Mr Pong for making our stay memorable.
Just beside Saturday night market. just 1min walk. Also, in the morning, you can visit many temple during 10-15min walk. Room is cozy except bathmat. I will stay this hotel again for the next visit.
Bathmat should be refreshed.
The wifi was good. Room was clean and well located
Mozzies all over the room
we're here just one night，the garde is good and wifi signal is very strong when you're in room.it's near by chiangmai gate and so much food here and the most best one is the price.
the situation，it's kind hard to find .
We loved this place. It has an wonderful garden and the owner really thought about what travelers need. So we hade a little table-chair-combination in the room, if you wanna eat something there. Big plus: nice bathroom with seperated toiletroom.
Nice location, good price, beds are comfortable
Noisy group of tourists in the hotel, lights in bathroom not working properly, dark rooms
Loved the location. On a side street of the Saturday night market and short walk to Sunday night market. Close walk to all the famous temples
economico e staff molto gentile
zanzare a volontà
OK at this money！staff are friendly!
Good location, near restaurant, street food vendors and walking street.
The wall is like hollow, u can hear your neighbour, noisy at night. The staff doesn't clean the room, only clean some if u request. They don't even bother asking if u need your room clean or not. If they see your garbage outside the room, they wouldn't even clean it up. Lots of mosquito, had to kill them every night during my stay. Lots of bugs problem at this hotel, specially in the bathroom. Had to kill bugs every night.
Good value for money, good location next to the Saturday market and Wulai Road. The staff is friendly and helpful.
No toilet paper provided.
Deluxe Double Room is their best: large, located in a more private area, quieter and the shower is separated from toilet.
Executive Double Room is their worst: the window behind the bed faces the street (and the noisy neighbors), shower is beside the toilet seat with no curtain (toilet seat and floor get messy).
Easy to get to anywhere in the city as it is located at Chiang Mai gate. Friendly staff. Right on the Saturday market.
very friendly staff, good location, old city just around the corner. Close to the airport (2 km) not noisy, because in a little side road.
noise. At the other side of the road alley there is a bar and when there are guests you will hear everything till they go to bed, and that can be very late. Some beds are very hard.
The staff is very nice.
Great location, good value. Lots of channels to pick from on the tv. Great for short stay.
Mosquito in the garden and can get inside the room easily through the washroom or during the time when the staff clean the room. Room cleaning is only done when u request.
Our room was spacious and clean when we arrived, with a big bed and a good airconditioning. There was a nice little garden area with a bench swing. There were a few 7 Elevens around and a food market within a few minutes walk. Cheap laundry service nearby.
The room was very basic, with a wall outside the window so it was very dark in the room all the time. There was a language barrier with the staff, as two girls who run the reception didn't speak any English at all. It was hard to book a taxi for the airport. The place is a bit far from the main attractions and restaurants (20-30 minute walk). The location is only great for Saturday Walking Street market. They neither cleaned our room nor changed the towels during our 4-nights stay. It was pretty noisy in the hotel and we could hear the naighbours during the day and night.
Bed & Bath room both are perfect and worth for money you paid
atmosphere inside a guesthouse are boring
when we come back to take left luggage.all hotel staff came out to help us to moved to car
Location is great for Saturday Walking Street but otherwise is a bit far from main attractions and restaurants etc. Room was large and clean with a big comfortable bed and was very quiet at night (even on a Saturday). Overall an OK hotel.
Location not the best - 20 minute walk to main sights and most restaurants. LOTS of mosquitos - although not a fault of the hotel, just remember to spray repellent!
Location near the "square" city centre; clean, comfortable rooms. We arrived very late on our first night but everything was in place to welcome us.
Staff didn't speak any English at all so they weren't able to help us with the most simple questions. We had to go to another guesthouse to rent a scooter, book tours etc.
