It rained the area not the best (Nai Yang)

Location was fantastic, straight out the door and onto the sand. Staff very helpful. Plenty of places to eat. Quiet, romantic perfect holiday for relaxation. Close to airport, 3km - within walking distance. Room good, good amenities. Would definately go back.

Bathroom not cleaned very well. No lounging chairs on beach but ok as next door you can rent.

During only one night we had two black outs. Probably because of the storm...

Great location, you can get into sea within 30 steps from the hotel front door. It's very small, but cozy and kept quite clean. Naiyang beach is a small place, so you can reach most if not all of the main restaurants bars and other facilities by 10 min beach-walk. Very friendly, polite staff.

Most staff members don't speak english or speak very little. It might be a little annoying after a while, especially when you are in a hurry. Still, they are very nice pepole.

The view from our room was amazing also the locals and food was fantastic..

Right on beach. The furniture and fittings were new.

The shower is above the toilet seat with no separation between them, the room didn't have any view, I can't see the point of bothering of making windows if there is a wall 10 cm in front of them. Overall it looks like they have only 2 rooms with such a view, but it would be nice to reflect these features in the room description.

It was on the beach, very clean, and the staff was very helpful (although their English wasn't very good).

I liked the Fact the that it was right on the beach.

Wasn't too happy the way someone tried to go through my luggage everyday!!!! Lucky I have it locked. Stay at your own risk.

The beach

Perfect location, clean and friendly. Beach towels provided. Good bars and shops nearby.

No facilities, not even one English tv channel. Water from taps was discoloured -- used bottle water to clean teeth.

Nice new rooms. Location is on the beach, and excellent. Friendly staff. Naiyang Beach is a super relaxing area. It was a great place to spend our last few days in Thailand. Conveniently close to Phuket airport (5- 10 min taxi ride).

Hostess is warm-herated and reliable .She gave many helps for shuttle arrangement from Airport and my next trip to Phiphi . The fascilitates and environment is good enough and comfortable .

We wanted a place to crash for one night, and this place was perfect. Decent room with a good bed and air con, right on the beach and close to bars/restaurants.

The bathroom was a bit too basic in comparison to the main bedroom.

The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The accommodation was great value for the reasonable price. The front door of the building is right on the beach. It is close to lots of great restaurants. The staff were very helpful at organising taxis and late check outs. Perfect for travelling to and from the airport.

Right on the beach and close to airport, the location makes this hotel very good choice if you stay one night transit. Beach is fine, surfing and kite surfing possible.

The surrounding area during raining season is a bit depressing, only one road and all same restaurants with same prices...

It's a small hotel, right on the beach. Only 4 rooms, one house keeper It feels like home. Room is decorated and very clean with warm atmosphere and very friendly and kind house keeper ( she lives at the 1st floor of the hotel with her kids).

Only one person No one to help with the luggages Since she is the only one there and she lives there, i felt uncomfortable to ask for needed things.

Location is fabulous , it's right on the beach . Love the full glass facade and the room is ultra Cosy. The staffs are very friendly . I will recommend this place If you are looking for something that's value for money and yet comfortable and nice
