We didn't stay at Tube hotel for a wrong reservation,but the staff was great and helped us to find a room in town during the Songkran.Very kind and professional staff

*The hotel look new to me and the room seem to be big space then I expected with a simple remoke over come with flat screem TV, safe box and the room is using key card system.

*No phone in the room if you want to check some info with counter saff have to go down and ask in a day I walk up and down 8 time just get info from counter saff. *The safe box not working *Best part no change of tower even you stay for 4days. *Wifi not working it can't be conect. *Up on I arrive I show them my booking ticket the counter staff look blur and told there was no booking under my name and expect me to show the prove of it.( Not too sure what prove they need)I not surce about the rest of the room if they experince it and have same issue which I have.

It was quite near the market, can reached by 10-15minutes walk distance. It was far better than my expected from what I review in other tourists' comments. Even though the location is not as near as the Lee Garden hotel, when step down there were

The room is clean and well equip with wifi

Do not provide hot water and cant even find a glass that a room suppose to have. The basin's tap water flow a little water that is very inconvenient. when asked for an extra pillow it even charged you for 120Baht(RM12) and its unreasonable.

We only booked this hotel as a stop over in our travels. It was a good place to lay your hat for 1 night.

We had to move rooms twice as they hadn't been cleaned from the last guests.

Good location

It is a no frills, clean and comfortable. Good security and great for a stop over before continuing you journey.

It doesn't matter when you arrive check in begins at 2 pm and no sooner.

The beds were very comfortable and there was good water pressure in the shower.

It looked like a multi story car park inside and the corridors with the rooms felt like a prison. We were unable to access the internet using the codes given to us at reception.

Price, location nice

Low cost hôtel, so it's like airasia or rayanair you have to pay for everything an extra cost. Check out at 11h, so they switch off everything in the room at 11:00.

The location if the hotel is excellent for large and small shops.

The pillows on the bed were very soft and thin and we asked for extras pillows and they did not have any.

Strategic and easy to find halal restaurant.

The bed is comfort and big screen TV.

Not many furniture in room, not enough fur to manage the stuffs. The toilet has no bathing door so it's wet all over the floor. We have to pay a park fee even we're the guest of hotel.
