This was the most noisy hotel I've ever heared. We changed room after the first night because we were on the side directly next to the building construction area. The 2nd night we were very tired but the extremely noisy in the corridor and reception keep us awake until 4.30am. Then at 7.30 the pneumatic hammer from the constuction site next door ended our sleep. Several nightly requests to the staff/reception to be more quite did not help for longer than 10 minutes. The manager I wanted to talk to was just availale via phone, she was really unfriendly. She told me you leave today, so what do you want? I had to pay upfront... My advice: avoid it!

the staff is very nice， although the breakfast is buffet， it still good。员工服务态度很好，早餐虽然是自助，不过也不错。 it's a bit noise when use the air-con for the outside machine‘s vibrate

the location is downtown but very nosy due to construction beside nosy due to construction beside and there are incectes in my room and the staff are not fluent english spekers so she did not explaine to me when i cheked in that the mineral water provided in the room and even the tooth brush was cherged so they charge me for all these when i cheked out (fortunetly i steel had money ...)

The rooms were full of mosquitoes. Water pressure in the bathrooms were slow. The beds were very uncomfortable. Sad to say, its not a good place to stay.

Pool & Frühstück waren ok Ameisen auf dem Zimmer & im Bett, keine Reaktion auf meinen Wunsch, die Klimaanlage überprüfen zu lassen, die wurde teilweise so laut, dass man nicht schlafen konnte. Zimmerschlüsselkaution, Versuch, mir Sachen aus der Minibar zu berechnen, die ich gar nicht getrunken hatte

Había internet gratis, muchos canales de tv, piscina, desayuno bueno, precio barato, personal amable y hotel limpio. Dispone de un bus gratuito que te lleva al centro. Un poco apartado del centro de Phuket

Bardzo kiepski hotel. Personel nie mówi w języku angielskim. 4 piętrowy hotel ale brak windy oraz brak osób pomagających we wniesieniu bagażu. Fatalne pokoje bez okien. Bardzo zła akustyka, hałas, brak kontroli personelu nad tym co dzieje się w nocy na korytarzach (krzyki, hałasy). Najgorszy nocleg podczas 14 dniowej podróży po Tajlandii.
