Het resort in zijn geheel was super clean,service was uitstekend. De locatie is niet geweldig. Het strand ligt op een 200m van het hotel. |

Prachtig hotel, vriendelijke mensen de high class romantiek druipt ervan af! Wel de portefeuille niet vergeten want alle extra's zijn behoorlijk prijzig maar da's natuurlijk relatief |

Everyone was so friendly and they always went out of the way to make you feel happy and comfortable. We had rain the whole time whilst at this resort and it did not deter from the pleasant experince we had. Highly recommend to make this your choice of resort if visiting Phuket. |

a beautiful setting, staff absolutely charming, large pool beautiful done and the beach restaurant very pleasant and great food, the spa is also very nice and very professional. it is a very quiet place. Not suitable for those wanting night life but prefer for relaxation. Also close enough from the airport 30 minutes |

relaxed atmosphere, location and cleanlinessStaff at the pool were excellent Staff were sometimes a little confused on one occassion it took three memebers of staff to answer a simple question about late check out. Some of the food option were a little limited for those with special dietry needs, sandwich option all had soft cheeses, and more choices of salads would have been good. |

Luxury room, contemporary and ultra-modern decor, plush fixtures, lovely private pool, super comfortable bed. Nice restaurants. Beautiful beach club. Great service staff ! Hot water in our bathroom was erratic, and failed on two consecutive days. took more than one hour to rectify. Roof terrace pool was nice, but lots of traffic noise and construction noise (drilling, etc) |

The proximity to the pool was fantastic. One staff member at the Catch bar was very rude to us on our last night, a complaint was made to management about it. |

This was my first visit to Thailand. I was looking for a nice and comfortable resort that would provide me with comfort and good service. The Twinpalms exceeded my expectations and I was able to spend very enjoyable days at the hotel. The room was very modern, great interior design, it was always very clean, room service came twice a day and kept the room in top condition throughout my stay. Of course, compared to other Thai hotels, this place isn't cheap. But compared to what you pay for 5-star-service in Europe or elsewhere, this still is a good value. |

All the small thinks like receiving a news paper every day and a bucket of ice to cool your drinks.Service is perfect The day-rent price of the beach beds. Thought it was included in the hotel price. Even with discount it costs around 25 euro's a day for two persons. |
