Amazing staff. Always smiling. They even bought my wife a birthday cake without us asking. Incredible pre-stay service with email bookings of tours and transfers.

Most friendly staff in all places, great breakfast buffet with high quality food. Quiet although in middle of old city. Due to street renovation, the access to the hotel was difficult with the luggages. They could at least put a secure wooden construction for hotel guests. Very bad smell in bathroom during our entire stay and many mosquitos as no nets on door openings. Overpriced pickup proposed by hotel. (600Thb). Just take a cab at airport counter for 120thb! English skills of personal pretty limited for this class of hotel. We were somehow disappointed by price/quality of the rooms.

We thoroughly enjoy our accommodations along with the free breakfasts. We thought we would be getting continental breakfasts for free but it turned out to be a full Western style breakfast. Toni, who works in the restaurant was a delight to chat with and was quite knowledgable about a lot of things going on around town. The hotel was very centrally located and therefore easy to get to anywhere in the city. The city of Chiang Mai itself is a very relaxed and laid back city. Not as much hustle and bustle as in Bangkok. Everything was kept immaculate and all staff members participated in everything. The pool was spotless however was not heated and was a little chilly for Feb. for us. The stairs were steep going to the spa and the business centre on the second floor.

This hotel is in the city on walking street. It's very easy and comfortable for us to travel and shopping. There are many beautiful temples surround this hotel too. The bed is making a noice when we move. It annoys us and my 1 year old son. The pressure of the water is not stable, some time it's very hot, some time it's cold.

The design of the hotel with its open concept was fantastic! The rooms were wonderfully decorated. The service was phenomenal. We had to check out early and so didn not have time for breakfast and we were given breakfast boxes that were not that great. It would have been nice to have had healthier options in the breakfast box.

I have stayed at this hotel 4 or 5 times. It is just about my favourite hotel anywhere. It is stylish without being at all pretentious, and the courtyard design around the pool makes it a quiet and calm oasis of peace and quiet. Its location in the centre of Chiang Mai (itself a great place for wandering around and chilling out) could not be better. The staff are wonderfully friendly and attentive without being in your face! You must use the spa - the ambience is incredibly relaxing and the massages are excellent: special offers may be available for hotel guests. We always choose an upper floor room for extra privacy. The rooms are very comfortable and the day bed with cushions on the balcony is superbly relaxing for a quiet read or a snooze in the sunshine! The 24 hour check-in/checkout policy allows extra time in the hotel for those who arrive late. The breakfast room is a bit small - though the all-day breakfasts now available may well have reduced the slight problem we had during earlier stays of waiting for a table at peak times.

Great hotel!! Very comfortable! Nice design. The staff does everything to help you and to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Great breakfast, you can have it during the whole day. If you check in at 16 h, you can also check out at 16 h. Maybe not a place for children that want to make a little bit noise in the pool.

Lovely design with beautiful greenery that really adds character to the interior. At breakfast, they were at over capacity. No free tables so had to be moved to reception area to have our breakfast.

The staff are very nice, friendly, helpful and lovely. Receptionist help me to find the best way to travel and try best to satisfy us on every demand. Engineering is very efficient to solve problems. Restaurants staff prepared breakfast for us on very early morning before 6am so that we took breakfast to the airport. In a word, the guys are Great! Mosquito is a big trouble. The air condition and some equipment like refrigerator is a little noisy.

Staff were friendly and welcoming. They would be your best assets. Overall decor was luxurious without being pretentious. Pricing was reasonable. I can't say there was anything we didn't like. I would like to suggest however that rooms be equiped with an iron as it's not always convenient to send items to the laundry for pressing. At times you don't know you want to wear something until you getting ready and it would be nice to be able to give cloths a light press in your room.

We liked: - the profesionalism and friendliness of the staff - the excellent recommendations of activities or taxi drivers - the breakfast (loved eggs benedict) and the concept of "1 meal offered per day" (not compulsorily the breakfast) - the location, in the center of the walled city, walking distance of main points of interest - the fruit basked changed everyday (with different fruits) We didn't like: - the HUGE noise of the air conditioning (never heard that before) - lack of "big mirror" in the bathroom - internet access: free and fast but access codes work only 5 minutes for technical reasons (unsolved) - quite small swimming pool and too few sunbathing chairs
