We did not liked is. We stayed here for 1 night and that was enough. The room was okay, but it's really simpel, not nicely furnished, Not a nice neighborhood.
only stayed one night and left very early morning, but all impressions were good, friendly staff, etc
Very clean and comfortable, Good price and very close to the airport
We had booked last year 2 times and everything was ok. Staff friendly. Maybe ownership changed!
Though we booked online it took a long time to clarify. In the basement they were construction works. Even at 10pm they did not stop hammering. We were offered to move at that time to a nearby hotel noble Place. But it was not noble. Rattling Air condition, loud voices in the kitchen at 5am. Breakfast simple. No WiFi
Location, price and comfort
Ants. On the furniture, floor and on the bed.
Suitable for our single night stay before a longhaul flight early the following day. The member of staff was very polite.
We had to wait for 30 minutes before anyone came to the U-House reception to check us in. We had to call the phone number posted on the booking website for U-House to find out where the staff were.
For catch the next day early flght，i stay in this hotel。the staff is so nice，she give me the phone call in 3 o'clock in the morning as we dealed。and this hotel is just ten minutes from the airport，5 mins from the airport plaza。
I had trouble connecting to the wifi so after a bit of persistence I managed to get the staff to reboot the server, and when that didn't work they happily unplugged and replugged the unit. After that the wifi worked perfectly.
I chose this hotel because it's close to the airport, thinking it would be cheaper for transport to get there, rather than staying in Chiang Mai town. After requesting airport transfers at check in, we were told that they're usual person wasn't available so they'd book us a "taxi" (actually a motorbike tuk tuk) for 100 baht each (2 of us travelling separately). It was a 3 minute drive to the airport so we were ripped off big time. The room smelled like a toilet despite the fact that the bathroom didn't smell at all. The curtains stopped absolutely no light from the nearby street light from getting in. The beds were the worst I encountered in my stay of cheap hotels across Thailand. They were wooden blocks with the thinnest foam mats on top. The pillows were shockingly thin too. Definitely the worst night's sleep I had in that country.
The place was quite new so superclean, room was very nice and staff was superfriendly or at least tried to be. Very close to the airport.
The space in the room is a bit narrrow. Bare in mind that staff is hardly around & hardly speak any English. Taxi from the airport is still quite expensive. They only noticed our email 5 days later, on the day of our arrival so transportation was not arranged.
- new and modern building - very good value for money - nice staff
- a bit hard to find
