This place is the best, no complaints!

Friendly and helpful staff, beautiful view from the garden on the river.

The rooms were quite small, and the swimming pool not so clean. The restaurant was correct, but we prefered the neighbour one.

The hotel is located a few minutes' walk to the North of the famous bridge. Rooms and bathrooms are not oversized but comfortable with good quality bedding and towels and good cableTV, I-pod, free wi-fi. Restaurant and deck are on the river with nice views incl. bridge. Pool a bit on small side. Fitness centre has 2 runners and 2 eliptical trainers. Good cooked breakfast to order. Staff very pleasant and attentive.

Minor points but fruit at breakfast rather dried up and milk for cereal not cold.

Room size a bit small...but very confortable and nicely decorated

I enjoyed the small resort, not too many people. I liked the location, loved the river and the bridge, and the market. The staff were lovely, and the extra effort to get me to the shop to buy sunscreen when I got sunburned was delightful. I also liked the communication before my arrival - I was confidend everything including my transfer from the airport, was organised.

I didn't like the heat - not your fault but it would have been good to have an area other than my room that was airconditioned, to relax.

Noise from the club across the street was a little annoying, but the resort could do nothing about it. They were helpful in letting us know when it usually gets quiet.

1) Great location which is quite and easy to reach city attractions 2) Friendly and attentive staff especially Noi who is so nice and care for your staying of using their facilities in a comfortable and easy ways to fit our needs 3) Great food in their Pepper restaurant, both free prunch breakfast (with set menu ) & affortable dinner in good tasty!!! 4) Beautiful resort setting with pool and gardening in leisure enviornment beside both river sides and overlooking river Kwai bridge.

the room is too small which is compared with common resorts in Thailand, but it is ok for us as everything setting is quite handy.

Arriving at the hotel makes you feel like entering a small paradise. A beautiful garden with swimmingpool, th terrace overlooking the river Kwai and you good actually see the famous bridge over the river Kwai. When we arrived a staff member came to the car with nice cool and refreshing towels to welcome us. Then he showed us where to find rhe gym, the terrace, the swimmingpool, the restaurant etc. The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was 'a la carte' and very good. For dinner I can advice to stay at the hotel-restaurant, because the food and service were high quality. The location was on walking distance from the bridge over the river Kwai.

Tiny room, very noisy at night due to cafe at other side of the road (we requested a quiet room); staff hardly speaking english; garden, terrace and swimming pool unexpectedly closed for the entire afternoon and evening due to private party; no vegetarian options on the menu.

Absolutely amazing hotel !! Extremely good service from the staff, couldn't do enough for you !! room was small but tastefully decorated and was'nt a problem, gardens, pool area fab right on the river, watch out for the sunset over the river 'amazing' !! really good food drinks a bit expensive but would definitely recommend and return !!

The location was convenient, the staff was extremely accommodating, the visuals are extraordinary and the atmosphere is serene. Magical!

The room layout didn't allow for easy laptop use and charging. Night time was noisy from rock bands down town..(I Stayed Friday and Saturday nights) . Ear plugs worked well though. Not something the hotel had any control over, to be honest.

Gym ok but not great eqiupment. A treadmill and a dodgy crosstrainer Main strip a tuk tuk ride away.

Easy walking distance to local markets and the Bridge on the River Kwai. Having bikes to hire allowed a little more distance to be travelled solo without having to rely on local transport if you are brave enough to tackle the traffic!. The meal choices were similar to many eating places in Thailand but were cooked well and were of good proportion and value. This is a great location to spend a couple of days looking around this area and would stay again.

The room size was quite small but if you are out exploring all day then this is a small price to pay for a clean room and a comfortable bed. It would have been great to have had access to a boat or canoe provided by the hotel to go exploring by ourselves.

Location is good and convenient. Decoration is modern and well maintained.

The room size is like a small Motel (~20 sq meters). Basically you get no space to move around in the room and the bath room is smaller than the business hotel in Tokyo. Overall, it doesn't worth for the money you paid and you can get more spacious room with paying less in countryside of Thailand.
