A good hotel for few days city trip. Great location with easy access to skytrain and subway (less than 5 minutes walk to both stations). Rooms are clean, breakfast selection is quite good. Friendly staff and the room we stayed at was very clean. Overall, fair quality at its price range. I will stay at Furama Xclusive again if I come back to Bangkok. |

Value For Money.Good location with good room design & comfort.Good staffs' service including the restaurant staffs' service. The lobby is rather small with insufficient lobby seating lounge. |

From hotel staff to services/facilities all are simply the best. Hotel is also very near MRT/BTS railway station. I really have had a great stay there and woud like stay there again. |

Cleanliness, Value for money, Happy hours drinks One of the staff badly served us while having dinner at Hotel restaurant. Hard to get a meter cab on return from downtown in the evening. |

The hotel is in an excellent location, close to both the MRT and Skytrain. The hotel offers clean, comfortable rooms against a very competitive price. I would surely choose this hotel again on my next trip to Bangkok. |

Room is clean. Overall, this is a nice hotel but too bad was that the pillow is too hard. I have neck pain after the stay! :( Unless they change the pillow to a softer one, if not, I will not recommend to go back. |

The room was very spacious, clean, and the extras were appropriate. There was both wired and wireless internet (cable available in a drawer), big TV, amplifier and a cable so you can listen to music on your portable player or PC. There was also a pool/jacuzzi, small gym, sauna that we never had the time to visit -- we just took a look at the roof facilities on our last morning and seemed alright. The breakfast was the regular buffet breakfast you get everywhere but it left me very unsatisfied because the vegetables did not have much taste.The coffee was also nothing to talk about. Having said that, the warm food was delicious (amazing sautéed mushroom, spinach, your choice; poached eggs). And if you order coffee from the menu (for extra charge) you get something that really makes your day. |

The comfort and location!!! The dinning at the hotel Restuarant. The food is not up to hotel standard and We had good breakfast but very disappointed with the dinner. Dinner not recomanded!!! |

service was excellent, the room was very clean, location was very good, definitely value for money no business center when the hotel was advertised for business guests. The only internet access was 15 minutes by MRT |

ベルボーイのサービスが良かった。たまたま私にサービスしたベルの個人的パーソナリティと思いますが、彼の- ような存在は、滞在を快適にさせてくれます。 朝食ブッフェにいたスタッフは概ねマニュアル通りの接客で、温かみはあまり感じられなかった。 |

l' albergo dispone di una ottima posizione, e' l' ideale per muoversi con metro e sky train. anche se i taxi sono molto economici il servizio pubblico di metropolitane non subisce l'enorme flusso di automobili che invadono le strade. la colazione e' internazionale, molto buona. la pulizia delle camere e' eccellente. il personale e'cortese, a noi hanno addirittura prenotato l'albergo per koh samui!!! |

globalement un hotel moderne sans probléme ,un plus pour l'amabilité du personnel et la position de l'hotel vis à vis des moyens de transport qui permettent de se déplacer partout facilement dans la ville et sa position proche d'un quartier animé . Hotel un peu bruyant car placé sur une rue avec beaucoup de circulation . |
