Very convinient, shops everywhere around the hotel. Easy access to public transportation.

Breakfast could have been better

Location - only 200 steps to nearest metro station. BTS station is next 100 metres / there is Terminal 21 with great shopping and restaurants. Realy great breakfast.

The nice location nearBTS Asoke The staff is friendly especially one we met in the morning and check out. Small room but all eqiupment provided is enough The cleaning staff who come so fast and appear with smile, is very nice when we call to clean some accident at midnight., thanks too much.

One staff who we saw when checkin seems to avoid giving some information and keep other staff to stop explanation that make we feels uncomfortable. The unfreindly service from her and also the bad emotion shown on her face is the worst thing we get that time becAuse the other thing is quite good.

The staff were friendly and warm. Breakfast was ok for the price. I love the bread, it was delicious. Room was spacious and clean. Hotel was only a short walk from the MRT. Easy to find, just walk out from exit 1 and walk straight.

The aircon was a bit cranky. Can't seem to adjust it. Other than that everything else was great.

The staff where great and always helpful and smiling. The place is really clean and looks well kept and the same as their website pictures. Would reccomend this hotel 10 out of 10....

Location. Train from airport and mrt to the hotel. Easy access. Also skytrain just near by. Very friendly and helpful staff. Spacious room. Good breakfast, even though no cold cuts (like ham) was available.

The location is a big +, very easy to get to anywhere as both the metro (MRT) and the sky train (BTS) are minutes away; the Terminal 21 shopping mall is next to BTS station, a few nice restaurants are close and a spa/massage place is in the area (Health Land). Breakfast was good and varied enough. Rooms are cosy, spacious (we had a deluxe), very clean, well endowed (kettle, hair dryer, iron&ironing board, flashlite by the door, etc) and confortable.

The pillows were too hard and too thick for our taste and they didn't have other types to change.

location is great. the hotel is well kept and professional. the staff know what to do, but the front desk staff is a bit cold.

1. Location close to mtr & bts. Convenient for travelling to other place via mtr & bts. 2. Location is also close to big shopping mall. 3. Besides from the breakfast buffet, other choice of Breakfast can be selected on menu & cooked immediately. Good idea. 4. Room are newly decorated and well maintained.

Deluxe room is spacious, clean, nice and cozy. Most importantly with free wifi everywhere. Very near to Sukhumvit station, preferable to take train rather than cab because traffic jam in Bangkok is quite massive nowadays.

I stayed at Furama for 4 days /3 nite and requested a late check out till 2 pm and was rudely denied by the hotel reception. The location is good and room is clean and the chamber maid is the most friendly staff in the whole hotel

FuramaXclusive should go as a 3* hotel; it's definitely not worth 4* pricing. My family and I (incl. a small baby) were given a noisy and worn down room on the second floor with a view of the wall...a place that keeps you out there discovering the city as you don't want to spend time at the hotel. Hotel corridor resembled a warehouse and stank by cigarette smoke, well, of course there were non-smoking signs everywhere.

Lost my booking/tried to give me what I didn't order (bed size) until I complained/hard bed/pillows like bricks/old shower over the bath that barely worked/location of other hotels so much better. I can't see the place offers value versus so many others

Bed is to firm gym area does not have any free weights only machines.

All Hotel staff were exceptionally polite, friendly and could not offer any more assistance than they did..:-) The Hotel was always kept exceptionally clean, the roof top fitness area was well maintained and a pleasure to use and the location of the Hotel to the Dental Clinic I had appointments at most days and proximity to city shopping and rail transport was fantastic.. Reception staff: Sui, Nui, Anne, Chum plus others - Beautiful and friendly Concierge: Don, Frank plus others Great guys and helpful Dining Room: Rick and apologies can't remember ladies names but very friendly and ecellent service And the cleaning staff: very friendly and did and exceptional job making up my room. Thank you to every one at the Furama Xclusive and I will come back for a stay one day soon I hope. Re

My comments above probably cover it all. I would not have a bad word to say about the Furama Xclusive. I just wish my time there was purely for holiday instead of having medical dental procedures done most days...!!! Next time will be different..

Central location for my needs. Staff where very helpful.

Did not have a public access computer. Not everyone, particularly tourists, are travelling with smartphones or laptops to access Wi-Fi. Provided breakfast was average. I went elsewhere for moring meals.

Excellent service, comfortable room, good location near to the train station both BTS and MRT.

The location was excellent and good breakfasts. The staff was very attentive always willing to give answers to any questions.
