The hotel is not recommended at all.1, when I checked in around 8 pm, no one helped on the luggage, the front desk staff was very unfrienndly and inefficient although there was no other customer. 2. The room was dirty, water stain in the bathroom and hair everywhere. 3. Like all the guest said the shower was not hot at all!4. When I requested for early check out due to the hotel bad situation the hotel insisted to charge me 8000 baht for only one night(the original price was 2000), the only reason was I did not stayed as I booked. Try to image, who is going to stay in such hotel for any longer!!

The staff were very helpful and we were upgraded to corner room. The room was spacious and really well designed. The location is great and very handy. They can improve their service by providing hand towel and two tooth brush instead of one (when we clearly stated that there will be two persons in the room).

Good location, near the sky train. The room was big, Good breakfast. We had to pay the room in the check in (they were 6 nights). If you pay by card they charge you a deposit of 2.000 baths, they returned it in the check out if everything is ok in the room. They tried to charged us a broken glass that was in our room, so be careful if there is something wrong o missing in the room. The staff was unfriendly.

Was our first visit to Bangkok and picking out a suitable hotel from a list of 100s was hard. Feel lucky to have made an excellent choice that enabled us to have a very relaxed vacation. - Very courteous, professional, eager and responsive staff - Provides excellent value for money, and high-star facilities - Conveniently located close to the SkyTrain station (2-min walk) that allows access through the transport system interchanges to most part of the city. Siam - the center point of Bangkok - is only 3 stations away - Quiet neighborhood at night; away from Silom adult quarters - Room had private balcony - Room has fully available WiFi high-speed internet - Room provided mini kitchenette, with hot plates as well - Room service was excellent on all days - Problem with AC corrected immediately when communicate to reception - Slight difficulty with English communication, though most of key staff ok with simple communications - Water temperature inconsistent quite a few times

Been to BKK many times and tried all 4 hotels around ChongNonsi BTS, I-residences, Heritage, FuramaXclusive and Glow trinity. FuramaX is the newest among the 4 and has a self sufficient kitchen in the room with heating stove and a microwave. Suitable for those who wants to heat or microwave food/drinks in the room, unlike Glow trinity where there's not even a kettle for hot drinks. Breakfast is very gd with even poached eggs avail. N the restaurant staff were very courteous. Pool is very small. 10m pool

Great hotel. Down a side street from Silom road but felt very safe. Rooms were nice and big with balcony and super air conditioning! Breakfast was great - everything you could want. Staff were exceptionally polite and helpful - they even called and helped us order pizza for a lazy night in! It was my birthday during the stay and later on that day I found a birthday card and a platter of fruit in my room! The pool was perfect - just big enough for a swim and we were even able to order room service to be delivered there! I would definitely go back again! Lots of taxis outside too and if not, hotel would call for one. Great value for money!

The hotel is really good, reasonably priced, staff are really nice and friendly. Only 4 minutes walk to the bts Chong Nonsi, which is a real convenience. We also ordered room service and dined in at the restaurant. The food was good and also good price. As we had a baby, we requested a baby cot and also high chair for breakfast and it was arranged without any delay. We checked out at noon but our flight was at night. So when we requested a separate room to feed thge baby they were really happy to arrange that, without any charge. All in all, a pleasant experience. One tip: before planning to book a tour through the agent (does not belog to the hotel) sitting next to the entrance, try negotiate or do a little shopping elsewhere. You can get the same tour for much less. Cleanliness was not extensive.

Always choose Furama sat horn as so,so friendly and nothing has ever too much trouble. Our choice in Bangkok! Rooms are very comfortable and include an iron which for a traveller is a plus. The proximity to the train and shopping and food great.Always easy to get a taxi. The massage place outside is very convenient and not too expensive.Breakfast is always good. Just a wonderful place to stay and we will return! The bathroom needs an update, esp the water situation from shower onto floor. With update why not just a shower and not a bath. So much easier for older people.Definitely a thought!,! There are a lot of older people travelling and are not looking foe a bath when travelling.

Location. Sits nicely in a quaint corner away from the hustle and bustle and yet, close enough to everything. The toiletries could be replenished on a daily basis rather than having to ask for them.

Good price to value ratio. Comfortably situated 7 minutes of walk from a major street (Silom South, also near Patpong) and 3 minutes walk from a bts station. Good food, nice view from the window, very good room equipment (big fridge, an iron, microwave oven, plates, glasses etc).

Good service from the staff. Location is good just 5 minutes to sky train.Hotel is generally clean. We were upgraded to a suite (at no additional cost) as the normal deluxe room we all fully occipied. Generally happy with our stay at this hotel.Thank you. The suite we were staying (room 301) was leaking at the base of thebath tub. Water flowed out onto the floor making it wet.

“This is my second time stay at this hotel. Both times I also asked for late check out and the hotel fulfill my request. The staff are very friendly and willing to help. During this stay the hotel's staff remember me and this actually make me feel warm. The room I initial took was had a bad internet connection, the staff was very helpful, they even help to check other available room with good connection then I change to the new room. The room provided a big working desk and working chair which is very good for business traveler like me.” Shiun, Bangkok |
