The staff have good English ability. The location is very good, and just 5 min walk to Chong Nonsi station, but is not correct on Google map or Itinerary. Its gate is on Phiphat 1 street.

The ceiling of bathroom in my room was broken, the drain water leaked from the ceiling. Don't ask staff to call a taxi; It's quite expensive and no bargaining. Actually, I won't live in again

Loved this place - close to BTS, restaurants and Silom Road.

A little bit pricey for me so I only stayed one night

The room had everything you required. It is quiet and comfortable and the pool is fabulous. there is a well equipped gym and sauna room. The staff are attentive and helpful. The hotel is in a great area and close to the Patpong Market and nightlife. Also very close to the BTS and transport.

It was very difficult to locate but once we found it we were not disappointed.

Hotel's location is realy good! But The hotel located not on the main road, so sometimes it's not so easy to find the way to it, even taxi drivers not always understand where to go. For the same reasons there are no good view from the room or from pool area. But in my opinion it's not so important))) especially considering the rates

Well located hotel at calm place with delicious breakfast. Hotel was older, but nice.

All staff spoke excellent english and was proficiency level was fantastic. The staff knowledge of places of interest was good as well. breakfast spread though I am sure many would complain tat there is a lack of variety but I would presonally think it is adaquate and very good.

1)the small little lift and 2)there was a night we were "locked" out of the hotel and it was not in the wee hours as they were doing some painting to the lobby and we had to wait a while before we can go into the lobby and to our room.

The location was good once the taxi driver found the hotel. The rooms are spacious and has everything you would need.

The rooms weren't overally clean. The shower has black mould in the seals which could be avoided with a good clean.

The great staff at FX always look after me. They are polite and understanding. The location is ideal for my travel. The location is ideal for my purposes.

The breakfast could be improved, without too much cost implication.

Very near to Chongnonsi bts. Has 7-Eleven & Villa Market, Trinity Mall, Silom Plaza etc very nearby. Decent neighborhood. Lots of street food, fast food & restaurants around.

Rooms has kitchenette with stove but no cooking utensils. No can, bottle opener. No bread toaster. Tv is placed on study table which can be bothersome. Only 1 Hindi channel. No Bengali (Bangladeshi) channel. Gym has no treadmill. Swimming pool sometime can be found dirty. Hotel In- House food/Mini Bar items quite high priced.

We stayed there 2 nights. When we arrived (past 8pm) the front desk staff did their best, smiled a whole bunch but their english was poor - basicaly I had trouble of understanding them and they didn't get what I was asking for. Anyways we prebooked and prepaid for the room so it was a matter of 5min until we got our keycard. The room was spacious, with a separate living area. The rooms are a bit run down. The bathroom was old and needs a refurb. In general the bed was comfortable but we didn't feel to good in the room. Buffet breakfast is tasty and filling. The swimming pool is small and very chlorined, but it's a good swim for a quick cool off. We've stayed in Bangkok 5 times now and for that price you can find better deals in fresher hotels.

I liked that it is a big hotel and provides easy access to one of two main BTS stations so its easy to get around!

That the swimmingpool was not available and the restaurant was every night booked for private dinners so the hotel guests were supposed to eat in the lobby.

Nice place to be in bkk at a reasonable price. Looks posh without hurting the pocket :)

Nice standard practical chain hotel. Nothing fancy, but big comfortable rooms, with all that is needed. Good location near the BTS, 2 minute walk. Some small very nice restaurants local and near to the hotel and the hotel is close to all the big Bangkok busy areas - shopping bars etc, either walking or by BTS. Pool area provides a nice space but the pool it's self is not that great, so don't go for this if you want a fancy roof top pool!

Would advise to request a room at the front on a higher floor. At the back the rooms and balcony overlook a building site and other buildings.

Nothing special. I recommend Bangkok but no this hotel.

The pool was close but they do not say that on their website, to catch more customers. When you ask for something the say "yes, yes, yes" but they never execute. They do not care about customers.

Location is convenient, just few minutes walk to bts Sala Deang, good shopping area and night bazaar around. The room is perfect and clean and luxary and everything details are taken care of. Feel like home or even better.Plus, balcony provided a good view

Good price, close to the BTS.

Only stayed one night so didn't see if they had better ones, but the pillows were all terribly uncomfortable and large. And in the morning, the room buzzer in the room next to me woke me up. My fault for not asking too, but breakfast ended earlier than most hotels from my experience (10am), so I missed it. Place has a feel of 3-star hotel in the US.

Great location, very near Patpong night market and Chong Nonsi bts station. Also, the hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. The lighting of the room is good.

Sometimes, the cleaner will forget to put new towel in our hotel room. We had to call the housekeeping hotline to get the towel delivered.

the breakfast is almost perfect, I enjoyed it so much everyday.

Location is ideal for business and the staff are always friendly. The rooms are comfortable and facilities suit my purpose. A business hotel that i will be taking my family to in the new year because of it's suitability.
