Location was excellent and the price per room was a bargain. Staff were courteous and very helpful.

The toilet drainage was faulty.

Your breakfast is the best...caters for all tastes and apetites. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom setting is unique.

The wi-fi signal is very poor.

Location is very close to shopping centers and the nightlife :) Value for money.

I requested for a queen size bed but was given a two single bed room.

Very spacious room, comfortable beds, bath tub in room. Small attentions (flower, fruit, cookies) in room. Booked a renovated deluxe room, which was much better than the old style room as we remembered them. Breakfast was excellent as well. Close to sky train and city centre. Excellent value for special deal (thb 1600 incl. Breakfast).

Hotel was charged to credit card prior to arrival, invoice showed name of previous guest with whom I stayed (not discrete, was my wife - but with her maiden name), hotel staff at breakfast could be friendlier. If not by sky train, traffic around the hotel is terrible.

The hotel needs renovation.

my room is old and smell of humidity no tea and coffee + kettle as amenities no mini bar balcony is dirty and housekeeper always skip cleaning it bathroom's amenities is cheap product, and equiment is over-used breakfast is poor and bad chef

hotel is clean, good price for what u get, delicious breakfast buffet, very nice crew, rooms are nice designed, got a free upgrade =D

there is a lot of traffic on silom road so if u want to go by taxi or tuk tuk its very possible to end up in a traffic jam

I didn't like the receptionist during my check out. She was unfriendly she never smile and so slow. I was the first to check out ended I was the last just because im asian???!! Come on?!!

I like the staff. They were very accommodating specially the bellboy and the security who helped us to carry our luggage a and look for a taxi going to airport. Breakfast was also good!

The comfort room is kinda dirty. No bathrobe and slippers. But overall hotel was budget-friendly.

I like the fact that the rooms are very spacious.

I did not like the fact that some of the parts of the room such as curtain appears to be very old and dirty and never changed.

Good location and quite hotel room

Room was not ready when I arrived and had to take my own luggage up to the room nobody offered to help when I got to the assigned room there was no bedding and room was filthy! Had to take my luggage down and requested another room which was assigned quickly,again I took my own luggage to my new room

The location is good and rooms are large.The breakfast was fantastic.

The in-room facilities are poor. Furniture and fittings are of a poor standard. I had to ask seperately for Tea/coffee pouches. Bathroom was not very good and pipes were leaking.

This hotel made me miss my air. the worst experiences I have and i'll never stay in any Furama hotel.

Nice hotel, good breakfast, location is not not the best (large walk from the train station and recreation centers. Near the hotel there is nothing). Nice rooftop pool, large rooms and spacious but a bit outdated

Room is big.

The bathroom drainage always flooded. The room sound proofing very bad. Early morning can hear the housekeeping vacuuming. And hear opposite room's noise. Near to a cemetery. Wifi range very short.

Breakfast - acceptable, but nothing special

1. Air conditioning is definitely too loud, we hardly could sleep 2. Bed is very unconfortable, definitely too soft, noisy when you move, the matrace is probably the cheapest in the market 3. Bathroom is really poor, more like in 2 star not 4 star hotel 4. A little remote location - about 1,5 km from nearest MRT or BTS station
