Its proximity to where I palnned to visit.

There were soft dirnks, waterbottles and beer cans in the fridge that I thought were the courtsy of the hotel but when the empty cans were replaced I became suspisious and enquired. I came to know that there is a charge twice the price elsewhere with 30% service on the top of it. This is shocking for guest, like me. There should be a clear and visible price list for the guest. The price list could be given with the room key this gives the guest an awareness of dinking from the fridge has a price attached. I hope I will see change in this area otherwise I have enjoyed staying in your hotel and strongly recommend to friends.

Room has no widows Breakfast is very very pooooooooor

The hotel was nice but is situated down a dark back road,which although safe is a bit uneasy.The hotel is walking distance to the train station.Breakfast changed daily and was good

Hotel staf seem to be more attentative to the Arab guests,can't understand why???!Treat all your guests the same.

Good location for people want to go to Bumrungrad.

The cleanliness of the room. Most of the towels are old and need to change. The swimming is so small.

The lobby is located at the mezzanine floor in which you have to take a lift that has a capacity of just 2 persons or take the staires which is quite difficult for old people and kids

The location is ideal for burmngrad hospital patient and relatives but other than that.

It's an old hotel with insect and bugs torn towels suck breakfast exaggerated price I rate it as 2 star hotel

the excellent service i received at the front desk.There was a young muslim woman.I think her name was Nadia .She was extremely helpful and very professional as were the rest of the staff.Every 3 months i must return to Bangkok for medical treatment and i plan on stay there.

Personnel compétent et agréable. Calme. Près du métro en prenant une moto taxi (facile et peu cher) Petit déjeuner très correct.

Certe le ménage est fait correctement mais les tâches plus que suspect sur le canapé et sur la chaise n'insiste pas à y poser sa peau.... C'est dommage car l'hôtel est bien.
