Its proximity to where I palnned to visit.

There were soft dirnks, waterbottles and beer cans in the fridge that I thought were the courtsy of the hotel but when the empty cans were replaced I became suspisious and enquired. I came to know that there is a charge twice the price elsewhere with 30% service on the top of it. This is shocking for guest, like me. There should be a clear and visible price list for the guest. The price list could be given with the room key this gives the guest an awareness of dinking from the fridge has a price attached. I hope I will see change in this area otherwise I have enjoyed staying in your hotel and strongly recommend to friends.

While I typically read reviews left by others before selecting a hotel, seldom will I write one myself, doing so only when a hotel exceeds my expectations or fails to meet them. Unfortunately the FuramaXclusive Sukhumvit proved to be the latter. An excellent location only if one is obtaining medical treatment at Bumrungrad Hospital. The room, while spacious, was extremely old. The bed was rock hard rivaling the floor as to comfort level. The breakfast was very basic. It is often said, one gets what one pays for. In this case, one gets even less.

Hotel needs an immediate facelift, starting with the rooms.

It is right behind Bumrungrad Hospital. I had a 7 a.m. appointment that I was able to walk to. It is also located near the Sky Train.

It would be a fine hotel for half the price. This is not the luxury hotel that I had expected for the amount of money I spent. The breakfast didn't have very many options.

Good location for people want to go to Bumrungrad.

The cleanliness of the room. Most of the towels are old and need to change. The swimming is so small.

The hotel is in a very nice location u have hospital shopping spa all near by plus jacuzze pool and fitness club it is good for familly

the excellent service i received at the front desk.There was a young muslim woman.I think her name was Nadia .She was extremely helpful and very professional as were the rest of the staff.Every 3 months i must return to Bangkok for medical treatment and i plan on stay there.
