The hotell has a good location on Sukhumvit Soi 1 and the staff is very friendly and helpful (although some of the staff do not really understand English, but kind of give the impression that they do..). Great value for money.

Nothing was really bad, but our beds were quite hard, even for someone who enjoys a hard bed. The A/C was somewhat noisy. The pool area is not very big, with a very limited number of sunbeds and chairs - the early bird should have no problem, though.

Sometimes staff was a bit too service oriented, that is, your plate disappared from the table almost before your could finish.

We have stayed at this hotel many times and we like everything about it. To us it is one of the best in Bangkok for the money. The staff, service, rooms, breakfast all all great!

We appreciated the room always clean and well equipped, the personnel always friendly and helpful. We felt that it is a small hotel with the service and equipment of a big hotel. Excellent value for money..

The only thing we found negative about the hotel was the situation far from the sites we wanted to visit.
