VC@Suanpaak Service Apartment  

Had an amazing time here. Staff were super friendly, facilities were excellent! Our rooms were great and had a beautiful outlook down onto the pool. Very close to shops and a 5 minute ride into the city/entertainment precinct. Cannot recommended an more highly, simply a great place to stay in Chang Mai!

Not much, had some issues with mozzies but once we turned on the mozzie protection adaptors provided all was good. Our fault entirely. If you're travelling via cab just tell them the name of the shopping centre next door and you'll get home no problems!

Staff are excellent Smiling and very helpfull Very good in verbal and online communication The whole hotel has its brand name design & accessories that you cant find anywhere else The room and Pool was kept clean with free soft drinks. I liked the privecy and the worm welcome we got. Thank you I recommend this hotel and will go there again

Just next to the Central Airport Plaza, where you can explore the delicious Thai's food. All apartment located around a pool and surrounded with a lot of trees, very comfortable place to stay for family.

Staff was great They went the extra mile to give us off-yje-beaten track suggestions.

Vc@Suanpaak is a new complex. The location is prefect, very close to the airport, yet no aircraft noise. The Hotel grounds are full of trees plants etc and is just delightful. You have a choice of restaurants to eat at. There is a large shopping centre next door. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The General Manager Mrs Lenoir was there to greet us on arrival. She was very helpful on where to go and the attractions worth seeing. Being a new Complex, it is the perfect place to stay.

All apartments share a view (quadrangle style) to a stunning poolside area. The apartments are very spacious, clean, and well-equipped. The staff is courteous, efficient, and very service oriented. The hotel's Thai restaurant was recommended to us by Chiang Mai residents and more than met our expectations on quality of food and service at very reasonable prices. The hotel is located a very short distance from the Chiang Mai airport and within a few walking minutes from a great airport mall. Definitely a 5 star experience. Emeritus Professor James C. big room, friendly helpful staff. Our flight was very early, though the hotel is very close to the airport, still the hotel arranged free transport for us to the airport. next door to Central Plaza, good for shopping

maybe because we stayed on the 1st floor, the room smelled of dampness. the drainage of the shower had some problem. the bathroom flooded, though it dried in the morning. the air conditioner made strange noises in the night.
