The staff and the location
Quit, clean, good security
No free wi-fi Secondary window facing the internal corridor (sometimes a little noisy)
Very friendly and helpful staff Good location ,5 minutes walking from the city centre and the night market Large and cleam room with free daily bottled water Small supermarket downstairs
Good places to eat closes by. Night market and thai phae gate 5 minute walk.
Poor sound insulation. It's time to change the mattress and blanket.. Wifi is not free.
it's very very clean！Downstairs store is very convenient.
Friendly staff in a great location!
Very hard beds, even for Thai standards. No free wifi.
Great location for exploring the city: right in the center between the Night Bazaar area and the city walls (within 10 minutes of walking), in a quiet street with barely any traffic or noise. Friendly staff, allowed us very early checkin when we arrived around 7AM. A small supermarket in the hotel which also sells cheap coffee and warm croissants in the morning, and cold beers all day long. Doesn't seem necessary at all, but there's a security guard in front of the hotel all evening/night long. (Saw a handful of stray dogs in the area, but not more so than in the rest of Thailand, and they weren't aggressive at all)
The shower is a little awkward, but is pretty typical of this size hotel. I didn't enjoy paying for the internet when so many other properties offer it for free. When I did have trouble with staying on-line, I was given help to keep it working.
The staff were friendly and the hotel clean and comfortable. It was nice to have a convenience store-type shop right on the premises. The Thaphae City gate and night market are both within walking distances.
poor noise insulation in the rooms
location close to attractions, friendly staff
Very hard matress, old type tv
Quiet and wide room, wide parking lot, mini market at lobby and lift.
did't have free WIFI ( 50 ฿ /day and 25 ฿ / hour) not same like another hotel have free WIFI.
near Waroros market , Thaphae Gate ,good service , clean
+ The accomodation of the room might dissapoints those who prefer high-quality service.
+ Room with basic things for low-cost tourist: Bed, air conditioner, hot shower + Elevator: good + Location: Great for going around, sigh-seeing and Loy Krathong festival. If you google the Chiang Mai map, you will see that the city has 2 parts: the old Chiangmai is a square in the heart of the city, and the surrounding. They hold Loy Krathong festival is offen held from one gate of the old Chiangmai called "Thaephe Gate". and along Thaephe road. Thaephe road is also the main road for tourism services and near Warorot market which sells local deliciousness. Veerachai court is located in a path which has one end connects to Chiang moi road and the other connects to Thae Phe road so it'is quite simple to moving around from here as well as enjoy the festival. + There's a small convinient shop at the floor. + There's a small but quite, sympa and reasonable near Veerachai Court. + The most thing I love is the staff are very helpful adn friendly
isolation phonique literie
la situation geographique
The café downstairs and the location.
I like about quiet street and friendly staffs good location for getting around the city life
No free wifi. Tha Phae road is almost dry and empty at night, (stray dogs are roaming the road and narrow streets. I was attacked by couple of dogs in front of a monastery on the Tha Phae road, it was only 11:30 pm) unlike Loi Kroh road, which is right next to, with bars, massages, restaurants, guest houses and hotels, leading straight to the Night bazaar, lively until midnight (or may be until dawn, I guess)
Clean rooms, Satellite TV, 5 min walk to Tha Phae Gate, Night bazaar is within a few minutes walk. Flexible Check-in/Check-out time. I arrived there 6:30 in the morning, waited until 7 and the front desk woman showed up, checked my booking, I paid for two nights and I got my key.
Nice STAFF,GOOD location!
Nothing worth mentioning.
The location is near to most stuff. The cleaning staff are brilliant. The shop downstairs. The t.v. channels. The price.
No sheets only a rough blanket; rooms need refurbishment.
In the center; with parking; the helpful attitude of senior staff
Not much atmosphere.
Decent location. Room was adequate & ok for the money, but have stayed in better for the same. Staff were friendly.
I didn't like the fact that the women at the front desk was a bit cold and blunt. I felt she was a little reluctant to help book tours, etc. like we were bothering her. However she was very efficient in dealing with everything and answering questions. There is Internet but the hotel makes you pay for it and this I found inconvenient and a feature that should be included.
Liked that this hotel was situated 5 min walk from the night bazaar and Warorot market. I also liked that it was located in a back lane quiet and easy to sleep. Also, there were many small local Thai restaurants, massage shops and motorcycle rental places on the same street. It seemed very safe with a lot of happy tourists living there too. Would stay there again.
This was a great place to stay, only minutes from the old town and the town centre, where there was great shopping at very reasonable prices. Staff were so helpful, organised trips for us and gave us advice on places to see. Room was very clean and comfortable, with hot shower and fridge, great value for money. Loved the restaurant next door. Would stay again.
