Clean rooms, Satellite TV, 5 min walk to Tha Phae Gate, Night bazaar is within a few minutes walk. Flexible Check-in/Check-out time. I arrived there 6:30 in the morning, waited until 7 and the front desk woman showed up, checked my booking, I paid for two nights and I got my key.

No free wifi. Tha Phae road is almost dry and empty at night, (stray dogs are roaming the road and narrow streets. I was attacked by couple of dogs in front of a monastery on the Tha Phae road, it was only 11:30 pm) unlike Loi Kroh road, which is right next to, with bars, massages, restaurants, guest houses and hotels, leading straight to the Night bazaar, lively until midnight (or may be until dawn, I guess)

The location is near to most stuff. The cleaning staff are brilliant. The shop downstairs. The t.v. channels. The price.

    Nothing worth mentioning.

In the center; with parking; the helpful attitude of senior staff

No sheets only a rough blanket; rooms need refurbishment.

Decent location. Room was adequate & ok for the money, but have stayed in better for the same. Staff were friendly.

    Not much atmosphere.

Liked that this hotel was situated 5 min walk from the night bazaar and Warorot market. I also liked that it was located in a back lane quiet and easy to sleep. Also, there were many small local Thai restaurants, massage shops and motorcycle rental places on the same street. It seemed very safe with a lot of happy tourists living there too. Would stay there again.

I didn't like the fact that the women at the front desk was a bit cold and blunt. I felt she was a little reluctant to help book tours, etc. like we were bothering her. However she was very efficient in dealing with everything and answering questions. There is Internet but the hotel makes you pay for it and this I found inconvenient and a feature that should be included.

This was a great place to stay, only minutes from the old town and the town centre, where there was great shopping at very reasonable prices. Staff were so helpful, organised trips for us and gave us advice on places to see. Room was very clean and comfortable, with hot shower and fridge, great value for money. Loved the restaurant next door. Would stay again.

Centrally located. Plenty of parking space. Good privacy since there is nothing else on the narrow street except the hotel.

Hard bed. Sub-standard room for a hotel, but acceptable for a short stay especially in this price range.

Good place to stay just a few minute walk from the old town. Located in a quiet side street with almost no traffic. Very kind people at reception desk and in the convinience store located in the lobby. Indeed, looks like a place for old people, but it's okay for me - if I want to party, I go to the town center, if I want to rest, hotel is quiet.

    VERY hard beds
