Restaurant for Dinner no joys same Menue Souper and Dinner...

The resort was very quiet, just what we wanted. The food was good if a little repeatitive.

It was difficult to get back from Chiang Mai in a taxi, no one knew where the hotel was located. The pool although lovely was crowded in the evenings, there weren't very many sun loungers, it was also a little dirty but the view was fantastic. There are a lot of mosquitoes at dusk, take spray with you.

The quietness and the romance plus the privacy.

The kitchen need improvement and more verity of food.

Swimming pool with amazing view of the mountain. It's definitely worth if to stay here! Happy Hour by the pool with excellent cocktails is a plus. The mountain view at the balcony is great too! Room size is spacious with lovely shower and bath. Kids Club lady is very friendly with kids, lots if toys and many activities, kids love it there!

You need a car to get around, it's pretty far from Chiang Mai City, there is nothing around the hotel, which means you need to eat & drink at hotel which is expensive.

Everything is Nice , I enjoyed every single moments there, may be because I was tired of city life. This Resort for people who like to spend 2-3 Nights out of city and enjoy countryside and Resort facilities. They have an excellent Chief ;) you can rent a Bike and have a small trip around the resort, and (( Don't miss a massage shop just 500 m to the right side out of Resort Gate.. The best massage I've ever have.. Even if the shop is simple))

Not much to do inside the resort except Amazing Swimming pool, Nice View, Gym, they have Kid's Club, and Nice Spa but expensive. For me I was just looking for Relaxing 3 Nights. I don't recommend this Resort for People who don't like Calm Places.! In General Prices inside is More High than outside Resort

- the room was amazing - the staff were very friendly and hospitable. - very secluded and private. - they gave us a gift and a complimentary dinner for a mishap with room service which was very thoughtful of their team

- staff did not speak good english so it was difficult to order room service. - small lizards and insects were in our room almost daily. - we couldn't enjoy the outdoor pool at night because the lights were too low which made frogs and night crawlers gather around the pool. - the up keep of the hotel was poor, the pool chairs were torn and the ponds were dirty.

L'hotel est superbe. Tout est très beau, les chambres, le parc, la piscine la réception. Le déjeuner est excellent. Le service est très aimable et sympathique. On nous a bien aider à trouver une solution quand on a eu un problème avec notre avion. Le restaurant du soir est très agréable, à l'extérieur au milieu du parc. Un ravissement. Le spa est très bien même si cher. Salle de gym complete avec une belle vue sur le parc.

Le seul petit défaut de cet hotel est qu'il est situé à 28 km de Chiang Mai, donc pour toutes excursions, il y a beaucoup de trajet à faire (et à payer). Le temps passé en voiture est très important. Les agences locales proposent évidemment des excursions à partir de Chiang Mai. Donc il faut d'abord y arriver. Trop peu de navette gratuite vers Chiang Mai (2 par jours) organisées par l'hotel.

ควรเช็คสภาพอากาศก่อนไปพัก ถ้าเจอช่วงที่มีควันไฟ จะมีปัญหากับระบบทางเดินหายใจได้ โรงแรมควรเพิ่มป้ายบอกทางด้วย

无论哪方面都很满意,酒店有班车接送,前台每一位客人都有欢迎鸡尾酒,整个酒店依山而建,且经过精心设计,房间到各处都不会太远,视觉极佳,如果不是非要去海岛的话,这里绝对是不错的选择,下次还会入住

如果非要说,就是洗手间格局稍有点奇怪,纯黑的色调有点怪

ประทับใจกับการบริการที่veranda มากค่ะ พนักงานดูแลเอาใจใส่ดี เหมาะแก่การพักผ่อนในวันหยุดค่ะ ห้องพักสะดวกสบาย ถ้ามีโอกาสจะมาพักอีกค่ะ

ที่พักจะอยู่ไกลจากเมือง ทำให้เสียเวลาถ้าจะเดินทางออกมาเที่ยวที่ถนนนิมมาน ต้องมีรถส่วนตัวใช้ค่ะ นอกจากว่า จะเข้าไปพักผ่อนอย่างเดียวโดยไม่เดินทางออกไปไหนแล้ว-

พนักงานบริการดี ห้องสวย เหมาะสมกับราคา คุ้มค่า เหมาะกับการพักผ่อน

1,酒会贴近大自然。 2,户外景观非常自然，有艺术设计。

1,房间内部设计好看不好用。 2,洗手间布局不合理。

空气清新（有小时候的味道：），满眼都是绿色，房间宽敞，还有那个超级惬意的大露台，真心喜欢呐！！！

缺点就是酒店离市区太远了，从城区接客人回酒店的通勤车晚上只有10点一班，要么就下午两点回去，叫早上1- 0：30头班车就去市区的客人情何以堪呐。想早点回去休息都不行，只能死抗。

Superb design in the guest rooms and public areas. Excellent service.

It is a bit far from Chiang Mai city centre - it takes about 30 minutes to reach city centre from the resort.

hotel facility is good, and many choices of activity fr family trip. staff very nice.

I loved the location of the place. It was peaceful and tranquile far away from the hustle and bustle. A perfect place to relax and unwind. The view from the breakfast area and the waterfall swimming pool is breath taking!

Even though the place is beautiful, I thought that the place lacked the sense of attachement and making you feel special.

Rooms were fantastic and so is the modern design of the resort. Vies of the infinity pool are outstanding.

Service is very slow (too slow even if you bring a lot of time). Also the service is very inexperienced but always friendly. Food was good but very pricey. Most of the time the food was just warm and not hot.

&Quot;ฮาร์ดแวร์หนะดี แต่ซอฟท์แวร์แย่" โรงแรมมีความสวยงามก็จริง แต่พนักงานขาดความเอาใจใส่ เมื่อเทียบกับโรงแรมในระดับเดียวกันถือว่าไม่คุ- ้มกับราคาที่ต้องจ่ายเป็นอย่างมาก ที่ห้องอาหาร The Higher Room และที่ระเบียงชา พนักงานเพิกเฉยต่อแขก ปล่อยให้แขกหาโต๊ะนั่งเอง และต้องให้เรียกทุกครั้งเวลาต้องการอะไร ส่วนห้องพัก ห้องที่พักมีสระว่ายน้ำ แต่ไม่มีผ้าเช็ดเท้าที่สระ ผ้าขนหนูมีให้แค่สองผืน กระดาษชำระมีแค่ม้วนเดียวไม่มีสำรอง ก๊อกอ่างล้างหน้ารั่วส่วนก๊อกฝักบัวจะพังแหล่ไม่พังแ- หล่ เครื่องทำกาแฟก็ใกล้พัง ช้อนส้อมและจานมีให้แค่ชุดเดียว และน่าผิดหวังที่สุดก็คือมีการจัด private party ที่สวน เสียงดังตั้งแต่เย็นจนเที่ยงคืน สิ่งที่โรงแรมทำได้ดีที่สุดก็แค่มีจดหมายแจ้งและขอโท- ษไว้ล่วงหน้า มันเป็นรายได้ของโรงแรม แขกคนอื่นก็อุดหูทนไปสิ ทั้งนี้ทั้งนั้น หวังไว้กับชื่อเสียงและระดับดาวของโรงแรมนี้ไว้มาก เทียบราคากับโรงแรมอื่นๆ ในระดับเดียวกัน ถือว่าโรงแรมนี้แค่มือสมัครเล่น มีดีก็แค่ดีไซน์ ที่ลูกค้าต้องจ่ายแพง
