Everything - the hotel design, the landscape, the green environment, the services ( include manners & helpful & service-minds of all hotel staffs) the rooms ( cleanliness, comfort), the food and safety.
Location in my opinion is definitely a big plus - surrounded by the peace and quiet of nature. The rooms are generous in space, yet quite comfortable. Breakfast does not present a big variety of options, but everything tastes great and you see that they put an effort to presentation as well. The swimming pool has an awesome view and is enough in terms of size for the number of rooms, but you do have to fight for a chair/bed. For those who are looking for a place to stay with lots of entertainment around, look in to some other option or rent a car/bike because there's pretty much nothing nearby - again, it was a plus to me.
For lunch and dinner there is always just one option of venue for you to choose from, but the food is well prepared and well presented - pricy though, especially taking to account that there are not much alternatives around. Rooms are filled with ants - didn't see other insects so I was OK with it. The gym is a bit under-equipped and has very bad opening hours - although they offered to open it in case I needed to use it off that period. Blow-drier in the rooms can't even serve to blow away flies - bring your own if you are picky about this.
It's a luxurious, beautiful hotel. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful.
A bit far from downtown, but there is a free bus
atmosphere ,location, breakfasts, infinity pool ,seclusion, detailed desighn of rooms, serenity
that the reception staff had minimal english language found it trying at times to explain for a 5 star hotel should have been better, bar staff also had limited vocabulary needed interpretation from others.little out of the way if staying for extended periods.Good to stay for a couple of days to get away from hustle and bustle of city
Everything at this resort is outstanding from service to pure relaxation.
Decore and grounds
Not much to do on the resort and a bit far out of town but worth it for location
Amazing views, comfortable room, good food, friendly staff, amazing views, amazing views,...
Not enough sunbeds around the pools, too many noisy kids, slow & messy dinner service on the last night
Swimming pool, staff , room design, location
There is no play ground for children,no outdoorsport activite the time to the Bazaar was not enough, there are no group activities, the bed was Not comfortable.
food was very good and A great breakfast. shame that the lunch menu at the pool restaurant was the same menu as the restaurant for dinner
well overpriced for what you get with the deluxe room. location and eco friendly may warrant some of the extra price A little.
hotel is good, staff are nice with smile.
location is a bit far from city. that will be much more prefect if shutter services can increase.
The modern and natural design . The food is nice with beautiful setting. The staff are very nice and helpful. Hotel view is terrific . Low density . I will stay again in Veranda hotel definitely !
The resort is absolutely beautiful with with amazing views on the mountains and rice fields. The swimming pool is very very pleasant. The bedroom are nice, nothing exceptional though is the set up of the room. It is all about the environment and views of outside.
There is barely no service.... Difficult to get a towel or a drink at the pool. No waiters in the restaurant at diner time. Very basic english communication.
Amazing hotel! A bit far from the center. Taxi to center is quite expensive but the hotel offers shuttle few times a day.
A bit far from the center. Taxi is quite expensive
Great landscape design. friendly.
The location was superb a very beautiful setting peaceful and quiet most of the time.
Cleanliness of the room not up to standard expected, surfaces dusty glass doors covered in fingerprints on check in and having waited 3 hours for our room to be ready not what you would expect. Very disappointed that they allow non residents to come in and use the pool making an already inadequate supply of beds and seating around the pool over stretched whether they charge for non residents to use or not this is poor service to paying guests. Also very shocked that they allow glasses to be used for drinks around and in the pool both myself and my husband ended up with small cuts on our feet which we can only assume came from splinters of glass in the pool. Front desk staff did not understand English anytime we phoned whatever our request the reply was "you want buggy sir". I think overall the resort is looking very tired, lacks refinement and the staff are not adequately trained to give a true 4 star experience to guests, that's not to say they were not courteous and attentive they tried their best with what training they had received.
