The bed is very hard - but most beds in Thailand are hard
Our room was an excellent size, spacious with a seperate lounge area, good sized bathroom and balcony. We left the door open onto the balcony and just closed the screen and didn't need the air con. Breakfast was delicious, tho limited. The staff were friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay there again.
The staff so nice, convenience. reasonable price.
Bed a bit too firm and no tea/coffee in the room. That's it.
Room was a generous size for their standard room. Restaurant was very reasonably priced with ample choice. Friendly & helpful staff with enough english. Electric key-cards and in-room safe.
Breakfast lacks variety. It's a little far from the centre, however many taxi/tuktuk know this hotel and charge about 35baht pp. No swimming pool which is a little disappointing.
Hotel is nice and clean. Staff are very friendly and helpful, always greeting and smiling. We booked some tours through the hotel desk too which was easy and conveniant and well priced.
the staff were friendly and helpful. the location was good. it was nice and quiet. it felt like home.
The location was pretty far from the main shops, it was close to the university so there were a lot of children on Motorbikes
The staff was very friendly and polite. After our experience in Bangkok, it was refreshing to have staff that cared and didn't have the intention to rip us off
Hot water only available at lobby.
Price, near to local market, clean.
The bed was a bit hard. The hotel is outside the old town. But by this time we had a motor bike.
This was the best hotel, and value for your money of the 4 we used for our stay in Chiang Mai.The gym is big,and clean and everything works. The room is big with a seating area.Nice and quite away from the main road.Breakfast was a bit boring after a week! There is a big market at the back of the hotel, and plenty of cheap food places next to the hotel.Tuk Tuk to the old town was 80 baht.
Style and clean
WIFI is not good and also not too bad but better than some brand name hotel.
a big room with a living area separately from your bed by partition. Compare to the price you pay for THB 750 per night. It's very save. The price's including a breakfast ( not a buffet breakfast ) Mostly are Japanese long term guests, so the hotel's tranquil. I like their big bathroom !! There's also 7-11 and Siriwattana Market nearby ( walking distance 5 mins )
- Location. You have to walk about one hour to the centre of old town. Or you take any taxi facility for about 100 Baht.
- Spacious rooms inclusive a separate "living-room corner" with a table and a Couch, where you can sit, relax, watch TV and eat. - Nice market, very near, where you can get cheap and very good Thai-Food to eat in your room. - Good Service. The staff even brought us a microwave, plates, etc. to warm up the market Food in our room for free!
Very polite and helpful staff. A hotel with spacious and clean rooms located just outside the old city walls. Breakfast is even included, therefore a excellent price-quality ratio!
corridors leading to the rooms were unpleasant and gave it a bad look&fell no feedback given before arrival that room reserved is not fit for a family of 4 - though we said in advance that we are coming with 2 children. the person who did the night watch was very unpleasant though he did give the required service. breakfast menu is limited. staff does not communicate in fluent English.
room that cost 2600 Bhat per night (orig price is 3400 ) - i guess its their biggest one - actually it's an apartment - was very spacious - including a kitchen(no pans/pots). hotel is quiet and has quiet surroundings.
No swimming pool Location - 20 minute walk from the Old Town
Helpful, English-speaking staff Free underground parking lot Clean, comfortable room with balcony Breakfast (not great, but good for the price). Close to city stadium where you can do jogging etc. Quality/price ratio
A bit far from the old city if you wanna walk
Big room, fair-priced restaurant and bar; close to a lot of local nightlife here in Chiangmai.
It would be great if there is an electric kettle provided in the room.
Good location. Walking distance to shops and market. Staff are friendly and very helpful.
Furniture is not the way as it is on the photo. It looks classical and of high quality on photo, but the real case is bed, mirror, desk and wardrobe.. look lossy. Meanwhile my wife claims she can hear the noise from other rooms....
The price is really low. 100 dollars 3 days. Although furniture is not so high quality, but enough to live comfortable for me, besides my wife's complaint. Staffs are quite helpful. But here is a caveat: ask them to rent a car or motorcycle is double price than u go to shops by yourself. On the whole, it is a nice place if you want a bargain.
The decor is very dated
The staff were friendly and very helpful.
The staff refused to take me as walk in when there is available room at Booking.com, I had to book in front of the staff with my mobile in order for me to check in.
Just stay for a night for my next day flight.. the location is near to Chiang Mai Airport which just what I want. The room is cosy but hot shower temperature can never get it right.
Beds very hard no furniture on balcony no tea or coffee in rooms a bit far away frrm the centre
Friendly staff food good rooms big
