The breakfast had a wide choice. The rooms away from the front are quieter. We chose the Viengtai for its proximity to the National Museum and Silpakorn University, against the alternative Royal Hotel which seemed to have gone downhill. In stark contrast to the interior of the hotel the surrounding locality was rather seedy. |

Courteous helpful staff, good location within strong backpacker tourist area Khao San, excellent breakfast, has pool. Rooms are a bit tired and dated- needs a makeover. |

very good location, close to The Grand Palace and in the middle of a fun district. Very good selection for breakfast. Helpful staff. Air conditioning in the room was quite loud:-( |

I thought the hotel was very good and good value for money My only concern was when I checked on the children on the 29th jult at 2a.m there was a rat in the corridor we were staying on the 6th flloor i did report this to the reception on my returmn visit on the 7th August. |

the staff's opinion shouldn't be biased on Thai/Farang couples as they obviously did on my wife's stay in your Hotel.Problem about booked breakfast and the initial refusal of zour staff to accept my wife's mixed name.But finally she got what we booked in advance. Dieter Koehler |

location is good. Was charged £4 for a pillow case because it had hair dye on it. Not a big thing but the laundry was not immaculate and you couls have got 100 for that price in Bangkok!!! |
