Surrounded by culture and activities, Rambuttri Village Plaza is in Bangkok’s historic Rattanakosin District, a 5-minute walk from Khaosan Road. It has 2 rooftop pools.

In Bangkok’s Vadhana District, this hotel provides free private parking and an outdoor swimming pool. It is just a 2-minute walk from the Nana BTS station.
Score from 738 reviews Very good
Very noisy at night due to music in street.
Right near the hustle and bustle of the backpackers district!
I found a hair in my ham and cheese toastie, but apart from that I liked everyrhing else.
The hotel is just off the khao san road, so you dont get the mad party people but you can walk 1 minute and be in the middle of it all. Very secure and safe hotel, staff were lovley. I would definatly recommend.
Upgrade in 4tg floor back side room
Pool had only 6 sunbeds, so get there before 2.30 if you want to use one.
Location was good if you want to be near Kho San Road. Ram Buttri Road nearby is quieter and more laid back. Good value deal at about £34 a night room only. Hotel was comfortable. Staff ok. Wifi in bedroom was slow to log on but ok. Important to ask for quiet room because the street is noisy with live music at night. We got a room 5th floor at the back of the hotel. Window was opaque and looked onto multistorey carpark but it WAS quiet. Reasonable place for breakfast across the road. Many restaurants around. 2 shady swim pools, one for children, on third floor in a small garden area.
Staff advised us to go to Don Meulun airport to fly Bangkok airlines. Wrong airport and another 1 hr drive and 500 baht later!!! Jo from the travel shop lied to us. We asked for a private tour to Burma Thailand Railway. We paid 4800baht. It was a Sat and a taxi turned up without a guide and the driver hardly spoke English and wasn't sure where to go. She paid him 2500 baht. Where is the rest of the money? We left before we could complain. Smile with the teeth and lie with the eyes. Very disillusioned with our stay in Bangkok. No-one spoke the truth. Money grabbing.....
It's not close to public transport if you want to get to other areas of a Bangkok
The hotel was only one minute to Khao San Road and walking distance to major attractions such as the Golden Palace and Golden Monument. We asked for a room at the back which was really quiet. The room was well equipped and cleaned daily. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice. The pool was nice and we were really pleased we choose Viengtai. It seemed like the best hotel in the area and we would definitely go back.
None so far considering that it is a 3 star hotel. No security boxes in rooms.
Location, buffet breakfest and pool. Streets are very buisy and noisy. Ask for a room on the back of the hotel. Rooms are big.
Some residents were very noisy at night. Perhaps staff should remind residents to come in and out a little quieter.
The pool Good Location Staff very friendly and helpful
Friendly and attentive staff. Superb location right near Khao San rd, but quiet.
Central location. Very safe
now been absorbed by the backpacker mayhem of the khao san road. other areas and hotels nearby are quieter
good location. reasonable value if booked in advance.
The hotel is excellent but it's not the same one in the photos, it doesn't have a garden or a pool, and when we asked them about this they said it's for the same owner but your booking is in this one.
The location is excellent. The breakfast is also good.
Lack of English speaking staff.
Great location and pool, clean, breakfast good, staff friendly and helpful.
Pool got no sun all day that's the only bad thing
Location was great hotel was clean
Good location easy for everything the room was clean and nice breakfast .
Elevator was terrible, almost made us late for our bus because it could never make up it's mind whether it was going up or down.
Location was great, right bedside the busy khao San road but no noise at all in our bedroom at night time.
Wifi was restricted after you had registered one device.
Location was perfect for exploring the city and spending a few nights on Ko san road. Breakfast was lovely.
The hotel is located in a VERY touristy area; there were so many vendors and tourists in the immediate vicinity that it felt like spring break in Cancun. The music was so loud; it was every night until 2am or 3am and drunkards in and around the hotel. Also, the free WiFi was very spotty. It was touch and go (server or network not working; not sure which) for the 2 nights I spent there.
There wasn't much that I liked about the hotel, other than the fact that there was plenty of hot water and they offered body lotion as a complimentary toiletry.
The staff were friendly and quick we didn't go to the pool as there wasn't sun when we were there. The location was great right near koh san road. It was loud but not enough to disturb sleep and we were at the front. Would go again but was quite expensive for a 'travelling' couple.
rubbish oasis cover band outside my 2mm thick window paid 1700 baht per night walk 150M down the road to Sawasdee house get a smaller but comparable room for only 700 baht per night
it had a pool, the room was big and the shower was good
The noise in the evening, but that's the location. We put on the airco till midnight and after that it was quiet. We slept at the backside.
The location was great. You can walk everywhere from there. There is a swimmingpool. The staf is nice It looked like entering the titanic the way it looked with all the woodpannels and mirrors
Dark in the room. View from the window (parking area, not pool). Recommended to stay 1-2 days.
Location, big and clean hotel. Swimming pool.
Location, bag lock area, pool
