Reception Staff - Unfriendly appeared lazy - Had Problems with Reception - After we had checked in credit card offered for payment. Reception girls requested cash payment in full. We advised cash was not available at that time and payment would be made in the next few days. Reception rang three times in the next two days demanding cash payment after we had offered to pay by credit card which was refused. We eventually paid cash in full after having to walk to two banks on a very hot day. After the cash was paid and I again complained about paying in cash and I referred to the Amex and Visa Signage at the doors, the girl stated she could have accepted our credit cards but it was easier for her to take cash. NOT HAPPY. We travel frequently and always pay by credit card.

There was a bit of a problem with water sometimes,and not much hot water but it didn't really matter as it was very warm weather

The villa was nice and clean. The pool was very nice and it was cleaned every day. Super friendly and helpfull hotel staff. We vill come agein :-)

Just adored the privacy.. The villa and private pool were fantastic. Staff helpful and communication easy. Would recommend View Talay. Wish I was still there!

The Pool

TV was rubbish, no internet and the bedding was poor, 2 singles i asked for a double bed.

very unsatisfied, this is my wrong choice in this trip. The villa so dirty, no hot water, bad smell, not enough amenities in bathroom & kitchen, the sofa is damaged, when we check-in, the receptionist required to paid by cash, because the credit card machine is damaged. Have to pay WiFi charge & only use for one laptop, can't share with other cell phone. So sad!

The loctation is good, neer to supermarkets, walking distance to the beach, not fare to the city center and walking street, private swimming pool is good

Mentainance is the real problem in this hotel, tv is not clear, swiming pool needs a lot of care and cleaning, telephon has problems, and water lake in pathroom Breakfast is limited and no varity at all

Despite reading reviews that the Villas were difficult to find we thought quite the opposite. The hotel was right on the road and very easy to find. Getting cabs was easy and the cab drivers always knew where to drop us. The villas were quiet and secluded with a private pool of reasonable size- this was our favorite part and made our honeymoon perfect. There was also a large market right outside the villas that sold fantastic and cheap street food that we soon got addicted to.The villas were close to all tourist sites-The Tiffany show, underwater world, Go carting, walking street, and only a short drive to other areas such as Mini Siam, Sanctuary of truth etc.

The hotel has a poor reputation on settlement of bills. Prior to traveling we had read reviews that said that the hotel had a problem with taking credit cards. On arrival we immediately asked if they took credit cards and they said that they did. The room information pamphlets and Reception doors also indicated the same. 10 minutes after settling into the room the receptionist was at our door to ask us if we had cash as the card processing machine had ' a technical problem'. We simply replied that we had made clarifications on credit card payment before checking in. On the day we made the payment a new receptionist again asked us to pay in cash. after a short argument we paid by credit card and the machine was miraculously working. The breakfast provided can get very tiring. its always 2 eggs, 2 viennas, 2slices of toast, a coffee and a glass of juice. It never, ever changes and believe me it gets very tiring after a few days especially with all the variety of delicious food in Pattaya. Also the drinks in the bar are outrageously expensive

我住的房间连不到wifi，只能到会所或前台才能连接，每套房只给一个密码。

Att bo i ett lugnt område med bevakning, fräscht överallt utomhus, och bra städning i huset. Managern var trevlig, kom och hälsade och var väldigt tillmötesgående. Linda´s var en restaurang med underbar personal och fräscht och god mat.

området utanför var inget vidare, jag skulle inte rekommendera någon annan att åka dit. men vill du bada i en pool och ha lugnt och skönt och bara vara ensam så är detta perfekt, view talay villas gjorde att det var lättare att stå ut i denna by jomtien, med en könshandel som jag aldrig sett i denna värld och väldigt otrevligt att ha precis utanför.

أقمت لمدة ( 6 ) ليالي مع عائلتي المكونه من الزوجين وثالث أطفال أعمارهم 7 و 4 و سنة ونصف ومربية أطفال في فيلا تتكون من غرفتين نوم واحده من الغرف ماستر روم وبداخل الفيلا حوض سباحة خاص ، المنتجع هادئ جداً وقريب من سوق الخضار ويوجد بجوار سوق الخضار بارات ويبعد شاطئ البحر حوالي 5 دقائق مشي على الأقدام ، طاقم الفندق متعاون لأبعد الحدود وودودين والمنتجع راقي جداً والأمن عالي وممتاز ، لقد استمتع الأطفال والزوجة بالأقامة في المنتجع .

السعر مبالغ فيه حيث أقمت لمدة ( 6 ) ليالي وقد كلفني مبلغ 43700 بات بما يبلغ تقريباً 430 دينار كويتي ، خدمة الأنترنت غير متاحه إلا برسوم وطلبت من الفندق خدمة الأنترنت لمدة يوم واحد ( 24 ) ساعة فأجابوني بأنه لاتتوفر لديهم الخدمة ويوجد لديهم فقط لمدة أسبوع وبمبلغ 5000 بات بما يوازي 50 دينار كويتي وسألتهم عن قوة السيرفر فأفادوني بأنه ضعيف ، لقد أستخدمة يوزر وباسوورد أحد العاملين لمدة يوم واحد ووجدت الأنترنت بطيئ لدرجة أنني حاولت أحجز فندق في بتايا بالقرب من مجمع سنترال الذي يبعد بالسيارة تقريباً 20 إلى 30 دقيقة فوجدت من الأفضل من ناحية السرعة الذهاب بنفسي إلى الفندق للحجز بدلاً من الأنترنت البطيئ .

บ้านพักมีความเป็นส่วนตัวสูงมาก สระว่ายน้ำขนาดใหญ่และสะอาด บริเวณที่พักกว้างมาก มีครัวให้ทำอาหารได้ เครื่องครัวครบครัน

สภาพห้องเก่าและโทรมไปบ้างแต่ว่าสะอาด ทีวีเป็นแบบเก่าไม่ค่อยชัด ตู้เสื้อผ้ามีกลิ่นอับนิดหน่อย

I loved the villa, it was very beautiful and the private pool was amazing! The complex was safe and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The area itself wasnt that great and you are a bit of a walk from most things. As a woman travelling by myself I didnt feel very safe in the surrounding area and as a result stayed in the hotel complex the majority of the time, which was a shame.

สระว่ายน้ำส่วนตัวในบ้านพักสวย แต่ขอบสระตรงบันไดคมมากไปหน่อย น้ำไม่ลึกมากเด็กๆ เล่นได้ มีโต๊ะนั่งทานข้าวอยู่ริมสระ แอร์มีทั้งในห้องนอนและห้องนั่งเล่น อุปกรณ์เครื่องครัวครบครัน มีทั้งหม้อ กะทะ ตะหลิว จาน ชาม ช้อนส้อม เตาไฟฟ้า ทำอาหารได้เลย โครงการอยู่ติดตลาดสดและตลาดนัด มี 7-11 2 ที่ และร้านอาหารทางยุโรปอีกหลายร้าน ตั้งอยู่เส้นจอมเทียนสาย 2 เดินออกไประยะหนึ่งจะถึงทะเล

โทรทัศน์เป็นจอรุ่นเก่าไม่ใช่จอแบน เครื่องเล่นดีวีดีกับแผ่นหนังต้องเสียเงินเช่า ของใช้ในห้องน้ำมีแต่สบู่กับโลชั่น ของบางอย่างมีอันเดียว เช่น เสื้อคลุม เตียงริมสระ น่าจะมีเป็นคู่ อาหารเช้าเป็นอเมริกันไส้กรอก ไข่ดาว หมูแฮม ขนมปังปิ้ง และผลไม้ คนละเซ็ท ไม่มีให้เลือกอย่างอื่น โทรศัพท์ในห้องพักไม่มี ถือของไปเยอะแต่ให้เดินไปบ้านพัก ทั้งๆ ที่มีรถขับไปส่ง
